Love And All Is Coming is a yoga school founded by Talia Sutra offering yoga education. The school is built upon the eternal teachings of Sanātana Dharma with ahiṃsā (non-harm) acting as a definitive and guiding corner stone.

About this trip

I was blessed to attend the 200 hr TT in Puglia with Talia, and it’s hard to put into words what a gift this training was. Everything went above and beyond any expectations or hopes that I had. It was clear from day 1 that Talia is committed to providing the most comprehensive training available. From her beautiful and thorough Text Book, to the qualified and masterful Teachers that she aligns herself with for the Anatomy, Philosophy, and Ayurvedic portions of the training, we were provided with the truest and most traditional teachings. She truly honors and acknowledges the roots of Yoga, and ensures that her students leave with a deep understanding and respect for the history behind Yoga as we know it today. She is wise, and patient, and kind— and her team members (Flor and Giulia, as well as her behind-the-scenes team) embody these same traits, and provide support and love in all of their interactions with the students. LAAIC truly leads with Love and integrity to run a professional, life-changing training program. I feel so blessed to have trained under these remarkable Teachers. What a beautiful community to be a part of.

I've been following Talia's work for many years, and when this opportunity came up, I felt a deep sense that it would be something special to experience her teaching in person — and I was right.

Her presence and methods touched me in ways I didn’t expect. The theoretical parts were particularly challenging, as they held up a mirror to the restless nature of my own mind. I found myself confronting heavy emotions — sadness, shame, even insecurity. But I understood that the only way to move through it was to stay present and keep going.

This training was very transformative for me. I am so grateful that I was able to join the training with LAAIC's generous work-exchange offer, which would not have been possible otherwise. It has been a few months since our graduation, but I feel the effects every day and deeply. I feel more clarity, dedication to my practice, growing ability to be present during challenging moments, and an overall shift in my mindset. It is not that these changes happened or will happen overnight, but I feel this training brought more confidence in the yogic path for me. This program was in no way a retreat, it was filled with challenges both physically and mentally, but the spiritual environment, the amazingly kind community, super supporting mentors and lead teacher (Talia Sutra), and many wonderful guest teachers, helped me go forward and through the challenge, coming out more resilient and clear. The clarity that all the teachers, especially Talia, embody was completely palpable and supported me on my own unique path. The discipline of day-to-day life at the training is not based on ignorance or a need for control, but rather on love and support. Talia is very loving, very humble, very clear, logical, and her teachings come from deep, embodied, and experienced insights and wisdom, rather than shallow parroting or spiritual bypassing. I feel like she closely knows the perplexing human condition and the mind games, and does her best to bring more clarity, love, and compassion into this world and the lives of her students. She answers questions very logically and transmits ancient and complicated yogic concepts with simplicity, which comes from her deep understanding of them, so that it is easier to digest, but also with immense respect for traditions and the essence of the teachings. The Sanskrit classes were so exciting and made me feel once again like a first-grader learning a new alphabet and language. Posture clinics, Anatomy, Ayurveda, scripture, and philosophy were all very informative, thought-provoking, and well-planned
The accommodation was clean and beautiful, with a small river and pool nearby for dipping and relaxing. The food was vegan, sattvic, and delicious, and despite the intense physical activity, I did not experience any hunger or strong craving. The student community was perhaps one of the most beautiful communities I have ever been a part of. Everyone was so loving, kind and understanding. Despite the intensity of the training and the challenges it brought, there was no conflict between individuals and everyone did their best to follow one another.
Overall, it was a very pleasant and transformative experience, and I recommend it to anyone who thinks about taking a 300 hr, wants to dive deeper into the yogic tradition, and learn from authentic, honest, loving and supportive teachers, while building strong and deep friendships with beautiful kind souls from all over the world!

This Bhakti Yoga training touched me in a way I didn’t know I needed. It felt like a homecoming—a return to something deep, soft, and sacred within me.

Throughout the training, I was invited to slow down, to listen, and to feel. The practices of chanting, devotion, and sacred storytelling gently opened my heart, helping me reconnect not only with the Divine, but also with parts of myself I had forgotten. There was a deep sense of love and presence in every moment.

What made this experience truly special was the warmth and authenticity of the space. Nothing was forced—everything was offered with care, gentleness, and so much love. I felt seen. I felt held. And I felt profoundly connected, both to the teachings and to the beautiful souls who walked this path beside me.

Bhakti reminded me that devotion can be simple. That love is a practice. That softness is strength.

This journey left a deep imprint in my heart. If you are being called to Bhakti, follow that whisper. It may change you in the most loving of ways—just as it did with me.

Talia truly is such an amazing teacher and I have been blessed to  be able to learn so much from her. Her knowledge goes beyond asana and posture methods, it really does go so much deeper than that. She always remains true to tradition and the roots of yoga origin and it's philosophy. She is so kind and compassionate and I have been lucky enough to receive two half scholarships from her that have really expanded my knowledge and understanding and propelled me further on my journey of yoga as a beginner I had no knowledge of yoga but I didn't ever feel out of my depth and she held space for where I was as a student. Just like the sutras she is able to compact a vast amount of knowledge into small structured quantities of information that get to the point, this helps students understand complex truths and be able to grasp such concepts easily. I am so greatful for having found such an amazing teacher. I would most definitely recommend her classes, teacher trainings and courses to anyone that would like to learn more about yoga and deepen their practice whether a beginner or even if you are a more experienced yogi. The LAAIC training was a transformative and life changing experience! From the beautiful serene location in the mountains by the river, the nurturing balanced food, the carefully selected teachers and materials, the deep connection to the source and acknowledgment of the history and culture, to the loving presence and support, this training sets up the perfect environment of growth and expansion.

Talia is truly an embodiment of all she teaches and has the gift of transmitting her knowledge with utmost clarity. What makes the training stand out is the way in which it helped align me with the WHY, not only in my personal practice and journey, but also in what I want to share and teach with others. The teaching guidelines remove all doubt and fluff and give clear instructions on how to show up as a teacher. I am very grateful to have been a part of this training, being able to learn from such experts and inspiring individuals. The way Talia shows up and teaches opens up the heart to so much love and joy and it was noticeable how each day the whole group radiated even more.

The days were filled with morning āsana practice, where the methodic LAAIC sequence guides us into a deep state of one pointed focus and teaches us how to handle physical effort while maintaining mental ease. The morning and afternoon classes were filled with insightful posture clinics, yoga sūtra chanting, practice teaching, learning philosophy, anatomy, ayurveda, and also many discussions where it was encouraged to share personal perspectives and experiences with the group, which enabled us to also learn collectively from one another.
The teaching manual is a complete resource to take home, with all topics that were covered and put together thoughtfully, accompanied by beautiful art from Ezra throughout the pages.

The kirtan sessions we had on some evenings were my absolute favorite, and it was such a joy to chant with Talia, Ezra and with the whole group of amazing people. I cherish these memories deeply!

The training has given me the tools I need to deepen my own practice, a method and guidelines to share the practice with others, many new friendships, so much inspiration and an open heart 💖

I'm ever grateful for this 300H transformative training and teachings received directly from Talia, someone who has a sincere and loving practice from decades and a true embodiment of what yoga truly is. My understanding has become well-rounded and holistic in approach, thanks to Talia's sincere teachings, delivered with precision, clarity and certainty that which is embodied. Thank you so much for this wonderful and transformative experience. LAAIC always holds a space that is deeply human, grounded, and transformative. I got so many answers to questions through the topics we discussed but also in the spaces in between during reflection - questions that didn't concern only my teaching, but also how I show up in my everyday life.

The teachings blend hatha yoga practices, meditation, mantra chanting, Yoga Sutra chanting, philosophy, anatomy, Sanskrit and so much more! Talia is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she teaches and emanates love, kindness, peace and embodiment of the yoga practice as not many teachers do. It is truly and honour to learn from her and other carefully selected teachers who all teach from the heart.

The LAAIC teaching guidelines will refine your teaching so that you can show up fully, save energy, be present in the room, and teach yoga authetically. Talia also offers individual feedback for your teaching which I find truly unique. The LAAIC teaching methods completely changed my teaching experience not only for myself but also for my students.

The site was abslutely beautiful - clean, in nature, staff were so kind and always helpful. The community was so beautiful, supportive and made the whole experience feel like home. We are still in touch and many of us spent some days after the TT together in Rishikesh because we connected so much.

LAAIC trainings are truly a life-changing experience. I have not yet seen any other yoga school or teachers that care SO deeply.

It is a gift to be inspired and guided by a true teacher. Talia fully upholds the responsibility of sharing yogic wisdom to earnest and eager practitioners with humility and care. Despite seemingly long and hardworking days which require her complete presence and maximum engagement with a large group of 54 excited students, she seemed nearly inexhaustible, even energized, by the constant effort and attention that she gave. She embodies all she teaches, and this radiates and permeates into each of her students. Her care, patience, discipline and thoroughness is what stands out, and just exposure to those qualities was enough to give each of us something to reflect on and take home.

The training was highly organized with incredible thought and intention. Talia and the LAAIC team were completely transparent about what the training would look and feel like ahead of booking via informational sessions - from details about the resort itself, the sattvic vegan diet, scheduling, asana practice intensity, what to pack, etc. This allowed each of us to show up with an understanding of what we were stepping into from a technical standpoint.

The education was thorough, detailed and respected yoga's history and source. Ahead of the training, we were given the opportunity to learn online with Dr. Keshava, an expert in scriptural texts, and Elena Jessup, an expert Sanksrit teacher. These virtual lectures were also recorded, so we could view the classes on our own time as needed. It provided a natural and gentle immersion into what would be a very intensive training, and encouraged the absorption of more philosophical and technical material over time.  

The daily lectures were so fun and engaging - from Talia's posture clinics where we could spend hours talking about every question or detail we could think of, to comprehensive lectures in anatomy and Ayurveda, as well as exposure to yoga nidra, consciousness and the Astanga system from local guest teachers. We also practiced bhakti yoga through yoga sutra chanting and kirtan, which was a powerful and loving experience individually and collectively, and had many extensive conversations about yogic philosophy. Talia was open and available to hearing and answering each of our questions or doubts, and did so lovingly, patiently and thoughtfully. Although there was a taste of almost everything yoga offers, Talia also led and taught us to teach a specific asana practice - and the progress from consistency was very encouraging to experience. It really challenged my own limiting beliefs about personal and bodily capabilities, and gave me more trust in just consistently showing up with love and discipline.

The teacher mentors (thank you Flor, Deepak and Aleks!) were also very friendly, present, supportive, and shared much insight about both the training and beyond, such as how to get around Rishikesh, general safety precautions, and hooking us up with the occasional vegan cookie order. It is clear that Talia and the LAAIC team really care about who is leading and supporting the community. We also received a beautiful LAAIC manual that's really a piece of art with Ezra's amazing work - it's a huge resource containing all we've learned and more.

The Nirvana resort is modest and situated in a beautiful landscape. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Wifi was okay and just occasionally spotty, showers were warm if brief, power sometimes went out but immediately came back on, and the AC and fridge worked well. We were surrounded by gorgeous mountains and wildlife, including cows and monkeys. The food is very nutritious and healthy. Some would say simple, but really it is flavorful for being sattvic and definitely high quality. You'll get all the nourishment needed to fuel your practice - and maybe bring some vegan snacks if you need!

Overall, the training is a once-in-a-lifetime learning opportunity and an individually transformative experience. All that is taught will carry on and reside within you. I am so grateful to continue the practice and integrate all that I've learned. I think anyone who is keen to deepen their practice with devotion and awareness will discover that the LAAIC community that Talia has fostered and nurtured is an intelligently and lovingly-led space where each of us can discover our truest self.


I am still processing all the knowledge and experiences we had at our 300 hours YTT.
It was an honour for me to share space and time with incredible yogis for those three weeks. I feel inspired by our sharing and definitely motivated to develop throughout my path.
We started with online classes that remained available for a long time for us to attend them at our own pace. I could in that way rewatch classes if I felt some concepts got lost. I appreciated both Elena (Sanskrit), super bubbly and enthusiastic, and Dr Keshava (scriptural studies) who is extremely knowledgeable and his method reminded me of the way I was taught at school: listening, taking notes, paying attention, going through the content again to absorb the concepts. I would recommend to attend them live, as you can ask questions and also it really works to train your focus to maintain a present mind in that moment.
The venue is gorgeous, I was in one of the bungalows and it was so comfortable and cosy, essential and clean. 
And food was abundant but simple. I feel that's a bit part of the experience, to not overly attach to the idea of food (could we almost define it like a bit of brahmacharya going on?). Also to me I felt that it was about adapting only for three weeks.
The experience is not "comfortable" in the classic sense of the term (as we were advised multiple times from the beginning, this was not a retreat). We shared the full day together with many people, and yes moments of break and chill were not many. However, I really feel that the real transformation from this training came to me through discipline. We learned so much about philosophy (and we learned to see it in everyday life), and about other aspects of yoga that I had never considered before. My body got definitely stronger through the repetition and learning of the embodied practice. There was not a big focus on the Method (like a workshop for instance, we touched it "only" during the asana clinics lectures when analysing the backbend krama of the sequence), but I was aware that the main point of my being there was working on my teaching, not merely on my personal backbending practice. So, although I need to teach what I practice, I care for developing a well rounded yoga practice to embrace also in my lifestyle, and transmit these values to my students. I therefore appreciated that the course was encompassing yoga at 360°, and although a big focus on asana practice was there, more space was also given to contents that I would hardly get in touch with in other contexts. 
And it's discipline - of course with compassion, but also avoiding over indulgence - that I want to take with me from the experience. Growth comes from being out of our comfort zone, and without that effort I feel the training would have enriched me half of what it actually did. A bit of tapas and detachment from immediate satisfaction is always needed and welcomed in this path as in everything that is really worthy.
Talia has been incredibly focused for the full training, giving us personal feedbacks which were on point and motivating - never degrading. Our mentors Flor and Alexander were calming and inspiring presences, Deepak has such an immense knowledge that I want to learn more from him. All the guest teachers are not only renowned and extremely experienced people, but also really human and approachable.
I am extremely grateful for having attended this course and I feel that my year long project and planning to attend it was completely worth it. I would recommend it to people, maybe making sure they understand the kind of path they are choosing to pursue.


The 300 hour was all in all and unforgettable and life changing experience. The training started online with zoom classes in philosophy and Sanskrit which I found was very helpful in easing me into the atmosphere of the Training as well as giving me time to contemplate and absorb the knowledge that was being transmitted.  Elena the Sanskrit teacher and Keshava the philosophy teacher were extremely thorough in their teachings as well as very pleasant to learn from. I really loved the zooms because it meant that I could learn at my own pace, and it also reduced the time of the in person training, so that I was actually able to come to the Training. If the training had been any longer than I wouldn’t have been able to come. The teaching staff were incredible, and each teacher brought a unique perspective to their subject and were masters of their teachings. The venue is fantastic and the staff at Nirvana were so accommodating and incredibly hard-working and dedicated to providing an easy and pleasant experience. We were surrounded by gorgeous mountains and the peaceful and tranquil environment of the foothills of the Himalayas which was marvellous to wake up to every morning. The schedule was rigourous but extremely rewarding, I learnt so many new things and disciplines, from chanting in Sanskrit to entirely new ways of teaching postures; I also gained so much strength and awareness in my body and developed a deep sense of accomplishment and bliss throughout the training. Basically, the training was an extremely well rounded curriculum where I learnt everything from philosophy to Sanskrit yoga sutra chanting, Ayurvedic philosophy, anatomy, yoga nidra, meditation, state of consciousness,  how to meditate, exposure to bhakti yoga in so many ways, not to mention that I deepened my asana practice exponentially. I have definitely left the training a changed man. The group was a fantastic group of people; being surrounded by so many people committed to embodying Yoga in their lives was so refreshing and warm. Lastly, Talia was an incredible teacher who poured her heart and soul into being present and supportive of every single student throughout the training, not to mention hours of teaching us philosophy, posture clinics, her own personal insights from almost 2 decades of teaching Yoga, and a deep reverence for the practice. She also sang with us almost every day, displaying a level of devotion and service to Yoga, the yogic  tradition and the Oneness present in us all. All in all, it was an incredible experience and one that I will never forget. May all beings everywhere to be happy and free.

Truly a unique experience outside Rishikesh (the capital of yoga) in a remote resort closley connected to nature! Priceless moments of joy & committment with amazing human beings sharing the same passion and devotion for yoga (it's asana practise, it's lifestyle and gratitude for inspiring teachers). The yoga school LAAIC did a great job in terms of preparation and organization before and during the teacher training. Highly recommended!

I feel deeply grateful for the experience I had during the 300-hour Embodied Practice training with Talia Sutra in Rishikesh.

Our program structure is clearly outlined prior to enrollment, including the essential pre-training Zoom lessons, which are designed to help prepare students for the in-person immersion. While online learning may not suit everyone—just as no method suits everyone—we stand by the structure and content of our program, which has served hundreds of students worldwide.

We proudly offer sattvic vegan food throughout the training, as this supports the clarity and discipline required for deep practice. We clearly communicate this in our program materials, and while we understand that taste preferences vary, we believe in the importance of simple food that nourishes both body and mind according to yogic principles- especially during an intense training.

All of our faculty members are carefully selected experts, including our anatomy teacher who holds over 30 years of professional experience. Our team brings deep dedication to serving each student to the best of their ability.

Talia is fully present and engaged throughout the training, teaching between 4 to 10 hours per day, offering knowledge in philosophy, practice, and methodology. She shares openly and generously on all topics, including backbending, and provides individual attention whenever possible, as you yourself experienced.

We also stand by the value of community practices such as kīrtan, mantra, and bhakti, which were offered daily with great love and dedication.

Lastly, regarding practicalities such as laundry, manual formats, and keys, we appreciate the feedback and will consider what improvements might be made while balancing the operational realities of our venue and program.

My experience with Love and All Is Coming was truly transformative. Each day was filled with meaningful learning, guided by Talia and supporting teachers who transmit yoga with authenticity, devotion, and clarity. It was a space for growth, reflection, integration, and a return to the essence of the yogic path.

This experience was beautifully supported by Nirvana River Resort. The staff was warm, attentive, and present. The natural surroundings and the loving care with which we were received created the perfect container for such deep work.

The trip to India was immersive. The training in Nirvana was expansive, a lot of ancient wisdom was learned. The only challenging part was the lack of equipment for the speakers. Having a microphone to reach a big amount of people was a must. To receive the message clearly was just as important as transmitting it. Talia did a great job with speaking loud, but other teachers would have been provided a tool for reaching all students’ ears. Small adjustment, but very important. All in all, the training was excellent. I recommend it to all.

We had a great time , amazing energy and it was organised really well!

The course deepened my knowledge of Bhakti as one of the yogic paths and how to practice devotion through daily rituals and techniques. To describe what happens in classes with Talia is a difficult thing - it's truly a divine experience! The way Talia  is able to transmit the teachings of Yoga to her students is so palpable, embodied, and fuelled with love. The way she os able to transfer knowledge so effortlessly and in such digestible ways, I am so thankful for. It was such a special course- it has helped me unveil a stronger connection to my practice through devotion at a time where i feel disconnected from my physical body. This was such a great training! It went by way too quick! The subject is so vast and can be spoken of for much more than 30 hours. Talia did the best job keeping it short and allowing us to have a sneak peak into the universe of Bhakti yoga. Her genuine and unconditional love for the science of yoga and practice is truly inspiring and motivating. Everything was very well organised. The only downside here is that 30 hours is not enough for this topic :)
