Your journey begins with a private airport pick-up, followed by lunch at one of Lisbon’s most traditional restaurants, renowned for its authentic cuisine and breathtaking panoramic views over the city.

After lunch, enjoy a short introduction to Lisbon’s heritage with visits to two of its most iconic landmarks: São Jorge Castle and Lisbon Cathedral. Guests will then be transferred directly to the Web Summit venue in time for the official Opening Session.

After the event, an optional dinner—not included in the package price—can be arranged at one of our carefully curated restaurants, offering an exceptional introduction to Lisbon’s vibrant gastronomic scene.

Begin the day by following the official Web Summit programme before enjoying an exclusive lunch at a private location just moments away from the venue. Prepared by a chef, the meal will reveal the flavours and traditions of Portuguese cuisine in an intimate setting with reserved access—offering time to relax, recharge and reflect before returning to the Web Summit for the afternoon sessions.

Alternatively, upon request, guests may replace the afternoon conference programme with a private cultural experience, including a visit to the Ajuda National Palace or Shopping choices around Lisbon.

In the evening, we can assist with the selection and reservation of one of our carefully curated gastronomic experiences in Lisbon. Dinner is optional and not included in the package price.

Begin the day with the Web Summit Closing Session, followed by a final opportunity to enjoy an exclusive lunch prepared by our chef at a private location near the event venue.

After lunch, depart Lisbon for a scenic 90-minute drive to the Alentejo and check in at our partner hotel—a historic 15th-century monastery transformed into an exceptional luxury hotel and spa.

In the late afternoon, travel to a remarkable 17th-century palace for a private wine tasting and an unforgettable candlelit dinner with the winemakers and owners of the estate. The palace, originally offered by King João V to one of his favourite mistresses, provides an extraordinary setting in which history, wine and gastronomy come together for a truly memorable evening.

Enjoy a leisurely morning at the hotel, with time to relax and explore its wellness facilities and amenities. Optional spa treatments, therapeutic massages and other personalised experiences are available at an additional cost.

Later, take a short drive to a remarkable 12th-century castle and manor house, where lunch will be served at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Discover the chef’s exceptional creativity through a menu deeply inspired by the Alentejo’s traditions, seasonal ingredients and local produce.

The afternoon continues with a curated wine tasting before returning to the hotel for some well-deserved downtime. In the evening, enjoy dinner in an extraordinary historic setting dating back to the 16th century.

SIX CENTURIES OF HISTORY STILL ALIVE |

Born from legend, Convento do Espinheiro is a sanctuary where the Virgin’s apparition on a thorn bush in 1400 marked the beginning of a timeless story. In 1412, a chapel was built in honour of Our Lady and given the growing importance of this place as a pilgrimage site, in 1458, during the reign of D. Afonso V, the church was founded and later the convent, which was populated by monks of the Order of St. Jerome. Appreciating the presence of the Convent of Our Lady of Espinheiro in Portuguese history, we realize, not without some emotion, that these stones have seen the passing of many illustrious figures and witnessed the aspirations and behavior of many who preceded us. Kings, princes, prelates, great lords and great ladies of the court, through their devotion and generosity, made the convent a center of influence and refuge, thus we can consider it inextricably linked not only to the city of Évora, but also, and more broadly, to the life of the Court itself.

Graduated in Cuisine, Pastry and Hotel Management, he started his career at The Yeatman Restaurant (2 Michelin Star) with chef Ricardo Costa, where I became junior sous-chef. He then decided to leave Portugal to work with some incredible chefs from around the world, including Albert Adrian and Paco Mendez in Barcelona. He was sous chef in Lecce, alongside Floriano Pelegrino and Isabella Potti, and was called to be chef Lúcia Freitas' right- hand woman at A Tafona by Lúcia Freitas (2 Michelin Star), in Santiago de Compostela. He also participated in several gastronomic events in Madrid, Milan and Bogotá. He returned to Portugal to work on his new Private Chef project, Nameless Journey. As everyone has different journeys and experiences, each ingredient and dish can take each of us to different places and memories.
