I booked the Catamaran cruise on line with the QR code the lobby agent provided. When I went to the rep to find out about pick up details for the next day I was told the cruise was sold out even though I had a confirmation number and email. I was then told they would refund my money but it would take 14-21 days to get the refund. Very disappointing! Would not book with this service again

We had a great time. It was difficult, however, to go from 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM without a meal/snack. I recommend that you clearly let patrons know to eat breakfast and bring snacks as the lunch is not scheduled for 7 hours into the trip. Also, recommending appropriate clothing and precautions for bugs would be helpful. Finally, please prepare guests for the long wait for the gondolas. It was unbearable in the heat. Passing out numbers and allowing guests to wait on the air conditioned bus would have been far more comfortable. Overall, a long but rewarding day! I definitely recommend this trip.
