Service Policies
● For shuttle service, the estimated waiting time after clearing customs is between 30 and 45 minutes. If you do not show up within that timeframe, it will be considered a "no show", and the service will be cancelled without a refund.
● The waiting time for the transfer from Hotels to the Airport is 10 minutes after the scheduled time.
● A minimum of 5 hours notice is required to request or modify a service.
● Cancellations within 24 hours or less, or without notification are considered No Show.
● No Show is non-refundable.
