Offered Services for FSC Participants

● If your transfer is private, the driver will wait up to 2 hours from the flight’s scheduled landing time. If you do not show up within that timeframe, it will be considered a "no show", and the service will be cancelled without a refund.● For shuttle service, the estimated waiting time after clearing customs is between 30 and 45 minutes.● The waiting time for the transfer from Hotels to the Airport is 10 minutes after the scheduled time.● A minimum of 5 hour’s notice is required to request or modify a service.● Cancellations within 24 hours or less, or without notification are considered No Show. ● No Show is non-refundable.
