Just 25 minutes from the airport, Tindaya feels worlds away from the pace of everyday life. A short drive along a dusty road leads to the wild and breathtaking Jarugo Beach, where dramatic cliffs, volcanic landscapes, and the Atlantic Ocean create a setting that invites both adventure and contemplation.

Each day begins with an energizing morning practice designed to awaken body and mind. These Hatha-Vinyasa sessions weave together Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, and Kriya, drawing primarily from the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition while incorporating influences from Ghosh Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Katonah Yoga.
In the afternoons, we slow down. Through Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and guided meditation practices, you'll be invited into deeper states of relaxation, reflection, and restoration.
Whether you're an experienced practitioner or simply curious to deepen your connection to yoga, the retreat offers space to meet yourself exactly where you are.
Food is an essential part of the experience. We are delighted to be joined by an exceptional chef from Portugal who will prepare vibrant, seasonal vegetarian meals throughout the retreat.
All dietary requirements can be accommodated, including vegan, gluten-free, and other special dietary needs. Expect nourishing meals crafted with care—food that supports your practice, fuels your adventures, and brings people together around the table.
