Eine wundervolle kleine Auszeit. Es hat so gut getan, an diesen grauen Novembertagen ein bisschen aufzutanken und abzuschalten. Nina unterrichtet wunderbare Yoga-Klassen, die gleichzeitig energetisierend und ausgleichend wirken und für alle Level geeignet sind. Gleichzeitig schafft sie eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Klare Empfehlung für alle :)

The venue was a dream, food was delicious and paired with 2 yoga sessions/dsy, it was a great escape from the city.

This was such a beautiful, peaceful weekend. Nina and Grace are amazing teachers and they planned a perfect fall getaway. Every day there was time for yoga practice and time to relax and reconnect with nature in a really beautiful, rural part of Portugal. Each night after a nourishing meal, there was time to relax by a cozy fireplace with a cup of tea. I am so grateful to everyone who made this weekend so special!
