Juan Victor planned a very interesting and full walking tour with us. He kindly set up a video call in advance to find out about our interests and discuss possibilities. He was also very generous with information and suggestions for other parts of our visit to Chile. He met us at the bus station and accompanied us back there at the end of the day. We saw many of the classic sights and streetscapes. He was very friendly and engaged in wide ranging conversations during the tour as well as answering our many questions. It was absolutely worth the price for the quality of the tour and the safety it provided us in this city. We wished we had had a little longer before we had to return to Santiago so that we could have visited even more parts of the city!

Juan Victor was incredible! He showed us all nice environments in Valparaíso, indicated a great restaurant, and told us many interesting facts about the history of the region and Chile. My niece was delighted to see Pacific Ocean for the first time. Thank you, Juan victor.
