About this trip

Find space within without leaving the city. Join Elizabeth in this half-day retreat and share ritual, asana, nourishing food, and reflective practices to tune in with the cycles around us and bolster our capacity for healing and thriving. Harnessing the energy of the full moon, we will explore our inherent wholeness to allow abundance in to daily life.

Life is full, and in the busy-ness we often forget our bodies or our spirits or our true selves. Join me for a mini retreat where we will reconnect with the fullness in a way that fuels steadiness and ease, in a way that sheds excess, in a way that harnesses the energy of what truly matters towards fullness that feels fulfilling. Under this full moon let’s connect with full hearts and move towards vibrant health. Full moon. Full heart. Join me.

We will gather at Addison Yoga Loft in Berkeley. This mini retreat will run from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on Saturday, November 4th. All are welcome.

Hi! I'm Elizabeth, a Registered Yoga Teacher at home in the Bay Area. I am passionate about exploring the intersections of physical, mental, and emotional health. My teachings emphasize a strong body-mind-spirit connection and incorporate the traditions of Hatha, Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga. Through yogic practices I will guide you to recognize and build upon your inherent wholeness. If I'm not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find me leading mental health groups or soaking up mother nature's wisdom through hiking, biking, climbing, or just being still.

A wonderful retreat! Beautiful, serene setting, fantastic food, and retreat leaders that went above and beyond in bringing together a group of women for celebration and renewal. The retreat time, including yoga, breath work and guided meditation was truly a gift to self!

This was a very moving, soulful experience, with a diverse, open and accepting group of women. The yoga and meditation activities were a perfect fit for me, and there was just enough free time to explore and enjoy the quiet. And...the food was awesome!
