Galápagos Natural Life were excellent. They organised everything for me so that a car would pick me up every morning and take me to wherever I needed to go, and I had no problems. They also chose a really enjoyable and interesting itinerary for me. Highly recommended!

I had a great time on board of the Millenium catamaran. The staff was really friendly en helpfull, the guide could tell us so much about all of the animals living there and the facilities on the Millennium were perfect. If i could give just one recommendation to the agency, it would be to provide age-information about the people who already booked when somebody is considering to book. I turned out to be way younger than most of the other guests (let's say a difference of 40 years) while I was hoping to meet some people of my age on the cruise.

We had a wonderful time on The Bonita ship for our Galapagos cruise. Food and itinerary were excellent.

Espanola was very disappointing and the guide was horrible. When we saw dolphins the guide just about knocked us down so she could get her pictures. It was open water snorkeling in 40-60 ft water and not much to see. The guide was all over the place and didn't care if you stayed up or not...her response is the boat can pick you up. Lunch wasn't that good either. The boat workers were very nice and seemed to care more about us enjoying ourselves than the guide. San Cristobal 360 - In my opinion this is the best tour ever we saw SO MUCH it was amazing. Unfortunately this was our first tour and set the bar so high for the rest. The tour guide was a little fast but I went at my pace. Food was not that good either.

Ricardo was extremely helpful when we were planning our trip. He was readily available to communicate with us over text and phone calls. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to customize our tour based on the specific itinerary we wanted. He even helped us with understanding the local airline for our flights (which was not even a part of the tour). He provided all of the details we asked for so we felt comfortable paying for the tour in advance. He gave clear instructions of what we would expect from our tour. Upon arriving in the Galapagos, we were greeted by our travel coordinator who accompanied us on the bus, ferry and taxi, all the way to our hotel. She was friendly and welcoming. She made herself available to us any time we had questions. Her office was located right by the main port, so we could stop by and see her each day. Every evening she would message us with our itinerary details for the following day. We were happy to have her assistance and recommendations. Everything from our tour worked out perfectly--from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. There were no unexpected changes or interruptions throughout our trip. We were very pleased by the professionalism and accommodating nature of everyone we encountered. All of the tours that were arranged for us were thoroughly enjoyed. We feel confident that we got the best experience for the price we paid. We would use this agency again if we travel back to the Galapagos Islands.
