Our travel consulting service gives you direct access to people who live in Galapagos year-round and have years of experience working in tourism. We have built trusted partnerships with local tour operators and service providers, and we have personally experienced what we sell. Together, we will create an itinerary best suited to your travel style, budget and interests.

The way this works is:

1. You fill out our Galapagos Vacation Inquiry Form.

2. We will reply via email with a suggested itinerary based on the information you provide in the questionnaire.

3. We set up a time for you to talk with us on the phone.

4. During the call, we will answer your questions, make suggestions, give advice, etc. You have an hour of our time, so you can choose to split this into two 30-minute calls if you prefer.

5. We will modify your itinerary as needed based on our conversation(s) and emails.

6. Once we finalize your itinerary, you pay the 50% deposit or package total depending on how far in advance you reserve.
