They had every important detail covered + were super responsive when I needed extra help or had questions. The Nemo II was great to cruise the islands on. Alethea was very kind, helpful, informative, efficient, and provided us with an itinerary that suited our budget and what we wanted to experience including suggestions for independent activities. She even went out of her way to help me recover my sunglasses another passenger mistakenly packed on a tour boat. Our activities and inter-island ferries were booked in advance, and she took care of the small but important details such as the quality of the boats we would be on and the tides.
