Today is a day at a local beach, where you can soak up the sun, take a refreshing swim, and recharge your energy. Whether you're lounging on the sandy shores or diving into the waves, this day is all about relaxation and rejuvenation.

Today, we embark on a powerful and poignant visit to the Cape Coast Slave Castles in the Central Region of Ghana. These historic sites stand as solemn reminders of the harrowing past, offering a glimpse into the dark chapter of the transatlantic slave trade. Prepare yourself for a deeply moving experience as we explore the rich history and profound significance of these castles.
