• Cancellations 15 days or more before departure – full trip payment refund less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellation 14 – 10 days prior to arrival – 25% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellations 9 – 5 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellations 4 – 0 days prior to arrival – no refund
• Unused Services, No Show or Changes – No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, activities, events , tours or trip arrangements for any reason. Land cost quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.

If he or she is unable to resolve the issue, call our main office and give us the details of the problem, so that we have the opportunity to correct it during your trip. Trip Protection

IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL has civil responsibility insurance but declines any responsibility for personal accidents. We strongly recommend buying an international travel insurance policy.

Greeting and meeting at San Jose airport by our staff. You guide/driver will ba waiting just outside the exit door of the airport with a sign with your name. He will guide you to the car and you will be transfered to Arenal Volcano.  Check In at the Resort and have some rest. In the evening a Nocturnal guided walk will show you the amazing wildlife that awakes with the moonshine in the rainforest.

Breakfast included. Today the whole family will explore an Organic Farm that shows an authentic learning experience about the history and organic production of non-traditional crops. Lunch included and then a boat ride on Cano Negro Refuge. This area has been considered a host to record numbers of migratory waterfowl. The freshwater lowlands lake which forms in the rainy season is fed by the Rio Frio. 

Breakfast included. Private guided transfer from Arenal area to Playa Hermosa Guanacaste. On the way your guide/driver will stop you at a Rescue Center where you will learn how animals are rescued and returned to their habitat. Lunch on the way included. Then check in at the beach front hotel and time at leisure to enjoy the Sunset.

Breakfast included. Private guided transfer from Guanacaste to San Jose. On the way you will have a strategic stop where you will be part of Costa Rica's culture and history.
