Colorado, the land of color, has so much beauty and adventure! Join us for this special 3 day weekend to explore the Great Sand Dunes, and the surrounding Sangre de Cristo Mountains.  Your adventure will include daily guided yoga and local hikes, evening meditation/ Yoga Nidra, unlimited hot springs visits, and plenty of down time to rest or book a massage (not included in cost).  Vegetarian, Vegan, and Dietary Restrictions will be accommodated.  

We will be staying outside of Crestone, Colorado in Modern Yurts.  At an elevation of 7700 feet on the valley floor, we enjoy cool summers and sunny winters, as well as spectacular views of the 14,000 foot peaks of the Sangre De Cristo Wilderness to the east. 

32 miles south of Salida and 50 miles north of Alamosa in the San Luis Valley of south central Colorado - on Highway 17 one mile south of the Highway 285 junction.

If you are flying in, you can either use Denver (DEN) as your hub, or Colorado Springs (COS).  Transportation not included in cost.  Arrive by 2pm to give yourself enough time to drive to our retreat.  Drive takes about 3 hours from Denver, and 2 hours 30 min from the Springs.  

3 pools! Geothermal, spring-fed pools come in at approximately 140 degrees. We temper them down to between 98-108 degrees into three different pools and monitor them hourly. Three different pools offer a cool, medium and hot soaking experience.  The healing waters are chocked full of minerals that the body loves and needs.  Shower facilities as well as sauna are at the Hot Springs pools as well as fresh daily towels.

If the tour is canceled by Flow Yoga Adventures, participants will receive a full refund of money paid. If you must cancel your trip, we will refund your deposit, upon receipt of written notice.

We will gather around the fire for a meet and greet then go over weekend details.   A continental dinner is included in your Thursday night arrival if you'd like to eat at the facility (salad & soup).  If you want more to eat, make sure you catch a bite to eat before heading to Crestone as there are no facilities near by.

Our day begins with breakfast together.  Gather your things up as we grab our picnic lunch and head for our first hike at the Great Sand Dunes.  We will spend a big portion of our day here to hike, or spend how you want.  Dinner will be plated..  Evening Meditation/Gentle yoga offered

Today, we will begin with yoga and breakfast before heading out into the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to take a short hike.   Afternoon time can be spent in Crestone to explore, enjoy a beer at the local brewery, or head back for a massage.  Rest up before dinner, enjoy the hot springs, or gather round the fire with us if you'd like before bed.  

Enjoy yoga and breakfast for our last morning together.  Feel free to sit in the hot springs one last time or schedule a massage before you depart.
