Experience the magic of the rainforest after dark on the Jungle Night Tour at Tapir Valley. As the sun sets, join a passionate naturalist guide and watch the forest come alive with sound and movement. Frogs begin their evening chorus, nocturnal animals awaken, and the jungle reveals a completely different side of itself.

You will explore open grasslands, wetlands, and forest trails while learning to listen, observe, and adapt to the darkness. As your eyes adjust, you may spot frogs, snakes, spiders, insects, sleeping birds, and mammals such as kinkajous. Although sightings of the endangered Baird’s tapir are rare, the thrill of knowing this nocturnal species is active nearby makes the experience unforgettable.
