Informative guide. Nice boat. Food was not so good and a bit cold. Snorkeling was great. Saw several white tip reef sharks, several sea turtles, a big sting ray, a lobster and thousands of beautiful fish. There were lots of sealions including pups on an island we visited.

Galapagos islands were awesome! Betty (Galapagos Discovery) did a fantastic job with my island tours - North Seymour/ Mosquera island day tour, and Bartalome island day tour. Javier, my driver, was great. We had language barrier, but he made every effort to effectively communicate. Always responsive over WhatsApp. When LATAM had a flight cancellation, Betty rebooked an additional night and transport with just a phone call. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, thoroughness and exceeding expectations!

It was an incredible adventure, the islands that I visited are beautiful and the diversity of animals that I saw was great. The great guides, always attentive that we were well and enjoying ourselves. The agency is very aware of us and very punctual, highly recommended.

We had THE TIME OF OUR LIVES while in Galapagos thanks to Betty and her team. Everything was PERFECT. Betty helped me plan our visit months before and was always responsive and very attentive. While we were in Galapagos everything was as planned. She even got me a Go Pro (rented) so I could have memories from my snorkeling sessions whit my daughter. The guides were very informative and responsible. We had senior citizens in our group and they supported them while doing some of the activities that required more physical efforts. I recommend Betty and her team and if I come back, which I plan to do someday, I would definitely do it with Betty and her team once again.

I didnt have chance to do trip with them because our tour has been canceled due to a mistake of boat. She really helped us, proposing a new tour or a refund. We got refund without any issue.
