About this trip

Imagine a relaxing, adventurous trip where you get to bond with other yogis, explore the world’s natural beauty, and connect deeply with your inner self. Well, here’s your invitation!

The Who: Open to fun people of all ages, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you will be met and honored exactly where you are in your journey. Ideally, you’re at least of moderate fitness level, able to hike around 5 miles per day, and participate in yoga. The hikes are not necessary and every activity of the trip is optional (except the yoga practices, even if you just lay in corpse pose the whole time🤪)

The What: Twice daily yoga and guided meditation, waterfall adventures, and a trip to Bryce Canyon National Park will be included.
There will include down time for self reflection, family meals, and campfires.

The Where: An exclusive setting in Southern Utah called Headwaters Ranch.

Headwaters is a 168-acre working grass fed/grass finished cattle ranch located on the north side of Boulder UT. The Ranch boasts a 170-ft diameter fishing and swimming pond, 130-ft waterfall, several smaller ponds, gorgeous landscapes with numerous hiking trails, and a stream that runs through the property surrounded by the Dixie National Forest, overlooking the Grand Staircase National Monument. A large solarium room with hot tub, sits between the main house and the 3-bedroom house. All water comes from a natural spring that feeds the entire ranch.

The Why: Our retreat is designed to create deep connections, recharge your mental and physical wellness, and change your outlook on life long after you return home.
