We are located at Desk8 in the main arrivals hall at Montego Bay airport.

Not a good level of service I am afraid - front desk staff at airport was unfriendly and treated us like an inconvenience - had to wait 50 min for the bus, as other customers trickled in - bus had very poorly operating air conditioning - driver stopped along the way to buy water for himself - driver drive very roughly We are used to better service in Jamaica!

The transfer was great. Arrived safely and punctual. The drivers for me arrival and return should be commended.

Pickup from the airport was good, staff at airport courteous. We waited until driver arrived a few minutes later. Driver got us to hotel on time. However vehicle was a bit uncomfortable and ride was bumpy, even after taking road conditions into account. Seats not comfortable. Perhaps get a newer vehicle as this one was older. Value for money was great. No issues there.
