Be guided through a weekend of hiking + yoga + mindfulness + laughter + play, and lots of time to rest.
Being on retreat is an opportunity to step away from everyday life, from all your responsibilities and to-do lists, and to immerse yourself in nurturing (body, mind and soul). It's an invitation to reconnect with yourself and connect more deeply with community and nature.
Join us for the Hike Yoga Fun! Women's Yoga Retreat in Lyons, Colorado, just 30 minutes from Boulder and Estes Park. We'll stay at in a large, gorgeous Tuscan style villa on 44 acres of land, by the Little Thompson River. Hiking trails abound everywhere, with amazing hikes just a short drive from the villa.
