About this trip

Early Bird special for this amazing 5 night/6 day Yoga/hiking retreat in Boulder Colorado. Price will go up. 

Ground yourself in the magic of the Rocky Mountains, awaken your spirit with fresh mountain air  and nourish your soul with outdoor activities. 

What's included

There will be daily hiking and yoga. Throughout the week we will participate in meditation, sunset walks, sunrise yoga, kayaking/stand up paddle boarding, fitness and/or yoga at Red Rocks  and plenty more.


Where you’ll stay: 4000 square foot modern home in Coal Creek Canyon 30 minutes from Boulder, Golden and Nederland. Our 5 bedroom home faces east with amazing sunrise views of the Majestic Flatiron Mountains, outdoor hot tub and two kitchens. 


What you’ll eat: plant based meals will be prepared and cooked on the premises


How you’ll get around: we will travel together in a 10 passenger van (you are responsible for your transportation to and from the airport to the city of Boulder) 


Refund policy

-Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is happening.

-If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the trip price.

-Within 20 days of departure, the penalty is 100%.

I am a four season peak bagger in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine. I am exploring the Adirondacks of New York as well as Colorado 14'ers. My longest backpacking trip was 18 days on the John Muir Trail with a grand finale hiking Mt. Whitney! I am a Certified Health Coach and yoga instructor leading people to uplevel their health and reinvent themself. I am the most content outside hiking with my friends. I enjoy staying active through yoga, biking, x-country skiing and cooking seasonal plant based food.

Fabulous trip! This was such a well-planned week by the organizer, Nancy Wind of Peaks and Poses. I had heard about PeaksandPoses through a friend and signed up for the Colorado hiking trip having never met Nancy! It was so easy to get to know the other hikers and Nancy has the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, patience and optimism. The accommodations were spectacular. The house was clean, spacious and met all of the needs of the group. Nancy and Magid had the very best meals planned each day and they made that part seamless. We went on a variety of hikes with different terrain. I had some hiking experience and the group made me feel comfortable. During one of the hikes, I needed to take a break and Nancy's gentle guidance and pace kept me going. I highly recommend any of the hikes, classes or workshops with Peaks and Poses.

I’ve been on several weekend trips in New England with Nancy (Peaks and Poses), and when I saw that she was offering a longer retreat in Colorado, I knew I had to sign up! The trip was amazing, exceeding expectations. The home we stayed in was gorgeous with sweeping views of the Colorado mountains, the people were wonderful, the meals were delicious and healthy, and each day we had a perfect blend of outdoor physical activity plus yoga and quiet time.

Nancy did a lot of planning for this trip and it shows! We did something different every day. Great food was provided. Accommodations were amazing.
