It was a good trip, loved the hotel and its location. Liked the two day duration. Loved the rockettes and the seating provided. Feel the stop in Terry town was unnecessary, and wasted time. would have preferred an earlier arrival in nyc. Bus was good, excellent driver.

We had a late start because the best driver wasn’t informed of a pick up scheduled in Topsfield MA. So she had to leave Salem to pick up in Topsfield then return for us. The person from the travel agency that traveled with us tried her best to accommodate us, she had to reach out to someone to get restaurant recommendations. She didn’t seem to know the area. Did not explain where the stores were from where she dropped us off for a shopping and lunch time. We were not provided with any contact information in case of an emergency. The bus had to move from the spot it dropped us off and was late coming back to pick us up. Everyone was confused. The tour of the mansions were very nice and interesting. I will think twice before signing up for a tour with your company in the future.

This trip is a great way to celebrate the holidays in only two days. Seeing Union Church with its famous stained glass windows and Lyndhurst Mansion decorated for the holidays was a treat. The Radio City Music Hall Spectacular is always great, both for the setting and the show. Free time the evening of the first day and the morning of the second day gives you a chance to see New York City both at night and during the day. This is great for viewing Rockefeller Center or 5th Avenue at your own pace.

I had a wonderful time in New York. I did a lot of sightseeing and the Rockettes show was fantastic. Kevin and Jack make a great team.

We had a good time despite the bus leaving 45 mins late. then having to stop again to pick up more people.
The tour guide was very nice and the driver Amazing . A printed list of open restaurants a # to reach either the bus driver or tour guide would have been nice alerting us to the fact that the pickup place had changed. Keeping pickups to fill the bus nearer to each other would be a better solution than driving miles out of the way to fill a bus.
Ex. the Marblehead bus was at the mansions and Newport at the same time as we were.
