About this trip
Ilinizas is an ancient volcano located south of Quito that splits into two different picks; this occurred about 5000 years ago. This tour climbs the northern pick, reaching an altitude of 5126m / 16.817 ft. Northern Ilinizas is a moderate trek followed by a exhilarating but easy climb to reach the top. If you are willing to climb Cotopaxi, this is a great tour for acclimatization
This trek / climb takes approximately 6 hours reaching the mentioned height of 5126m/ 16.817 ft. It is important that you are prepared for this kind of altitude so we highly recommend to be acclimatized around an altitude of at least 3000m / 9842 ft..
The weather on Ilinizas is unpredictable so you must be prepared with warm clothing.

We are direct operators of our own services, specialized in daily tours with fixed days of departure, which allows us to confirm from 1 passenger on shared basis. For tours of acclimatization, high mountain and trekking from 2 passengers, we include the 90% of technical team.
We counted and elaborate trips around Ecuador covering the 4 regions, Andes, Amazon, Coast and Galapagos. Years in the market have allowed us to have our fleet of buses and 4 x 4.
Also owning Cuyabeno Dolphin Lodge our hut in th Jungle. Located in the production of Cuyabeno wildlife Reserve. We offert tours of 3, 4 and 5 days. Our experienced guides will advise you.

Our family had a good time in Cuyabeno, food was excellent and the tours were very good. Our guide was very good and was very clear in the descriptions of the jungle. The only drawback were the insects in the rooms, but this is to be expected. Highly recommend visiting.

Le site du lodge est magnifique, avec vue sur les dauphins roses. Les chambres sont confortables et la nourriture est très bonne. Le personnel est attentionné et les guides passionnés. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps !

My experience at Dolphin Lodge was incredible. The schedule was packed with lots of great activities. All food was included, even breakfast on the first day and lunch on the last day. We were lucky enough to get Jorge as our guide, if you can be in his group - DO IT! He was extremely knowledgeable about the animals, despite us being told that he was a newer guide and didn’t speak english. He spoke incredible english that was very easy to understand. He has great eyes for spotting animals on the boat and was so considerate to ensure that each person could see it before he moved on. He also offered to take pictures for people. On top of that, he was very funny!! My group loved him and he made our trip 💝 10/10 Jorge

Die vier Tage in der Lodge waren super!! Vor allem das Essen, die Guides ( Esmeralda und Elias) waren super!! Sie sprechen super Englisch und man muss kein Spanisch können um alles zu verstehen! Wirklich toll!! Esmeralda war so nett und zuvorkommend. Außerdem hat sie alle möglichen Tiere gefunden, unter anderem eine Anakonda 😍😍😍

These multi tours really enhanced my Ecuador experience. Such beautiful and diverse country, with interesting stops besides the main focus, and really great restaurants for lunch. The guides were cheerful and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend these tours!
