Join me on an unique adventure through the wild in Tanzania where we'll see the Big 5 - the African lion, leopard, African elephant, Cape buffalo, and rhinoceros all in action. We'll have daily game drives, visit an authentic Masai Village and have an unforgettable experience with the members of the community, see the UNESCO World Heritage site of the Ngorongoro Crater up close and personal. Before we leave the motherland, we'll basque in the sun and white sand beaches of Zanzibar. Rest and relaxation awaits you before your departure.

Be sure to secure your spot early, as spaces will be limited, and this trip is expected to fill up quickly. Put in your travel PTO for December 3 - December 14, 2026 and join this epic adventure through Eastern Africa, where the spirit of exploration and discovery awaits you.

Note: This trip will require a minimum of 12 guests. If that is not achieved by end of March 2026, this trip will cancel and all funds refunded.

Terms and Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of $500 (Land package) per person is required at time of booking. Prices will not be confirmed until payment is received. If additional deposits are required, you will be notified at the time of booking. These additions may be for Holiday times, airfare, and other special occasions or supplier requirements.

Final payment will be due no later than 45 days prior to travel (any earlier deadlines will be advised at the time of deposit). If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and keep the non-refundable deposit. Bookings made within 120 days of travel, will require payment in full to secure reservation. In the case of computer or human billing or invoice error, we reserve the right to amend and send the corrected invoice.

Payments may be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express (transactions fees apply with payment by credit card). The name on the card must match the name of the passengers traveling. Our acceptance of this credit card or payment indicates the passenger's acceptance of all terms and conditions and their compliance.

$25.00 per transaction will be assessed for any change or revision made to reservation before 120 days. A change of departure date within 120 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will apply.

For individual bookings, the following per person cancellation fees apply.

⋅ More than 120 days prior to departure: a non-refundable deposit will be retained.

⋅ 120 - 60 days prior to departure: 50% of total price

⋅ 59 - 45 days prior to departure: 75% of total price

⋅ 44 - 21 days prior to departure: 100% of total price

CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) Insurance MUST be purchased within 10-21 days* upon payment of deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits:

100% deposits are refundable up to 30 days after initial deposit payment.

50% deposits are refundable up to 45 days after initial deposit payment.

After 45 days, no refunds are available on deposit or package costs payments.
