We were never meant to walk this path alone. Yoga has always been a path of connection, both to ourselves and to the greater whole. 

Join our community of soulful teachers, students, healers, and leaders and re-vitalize your teachings. Together we will create a container to support, inspire, witness and hold each other accountable as we grow and expand. Learn how to refine and trust your own authentic voice and expression of this practice. 

We have two pathways available depending on your needs and what you are ready to create space for and commit to: 

PATHWAY ONE: Assisting Workshop + Program $54

Our work together will begin by gathering for a deep dive in-person on Saturday March 2nd in the Bay Area. 

Schedule:

11-12:30 Intuitive Flow sadhana at HAUM, Mission SF 

12:30-2pm break 

2-6pm Assisting Workshop at the Green Yogi, Berkeley 

After completing this workshop together: 

1.) You'll be invited to assist and support all local classes with Rachel, as well as retreats and workshops. 

2.) In exchange for assisting 1-2 classes a month, you’ll be able to take ALL public classes with Rachel for free as her guest. 

PATHWAY TWO: Assisting Workshop, Program + Group Mentorship $108

Begins with the assisting workshop on March 2nd

1.) In addition to all of the above, you'll be given access to a private online sangha portal where you can ask questions, share resources, and cheer each other on. 

2.) Create your own teaching path: through feedback, worksheets and guided self study work, you'll begin to curate your unique point of view as a teacher. This is where you'll gain clarity on your greater WHY as a teacher, and your big picture teaching goals. 

3.) Intuitive Flow + Elemental Practice templates to use and inspire your practice and teachings. 

4.) Free access to Inner Alchemy: 7 day Pranayama + Meditation virtual course 

5.) 2x monthly zoom calls: group share of progress on the path, q&a and collective accountability. These will be recorded for those who can't make it live. 

6.) Dharma project: this will bring it all together as you create a unique offering that embodies your greater path and authentic intention as a teacher.

For those wanting the support and accountability of our group mentorship program, without committing to the assistant workshop and program.
