Please check your arrival time before you sign up for this trip. It will take about 2 hours from landing to hotel arrival (getting through customs, getting luggage, transport to hotel,etc)
The museum is in walking distance from the hotel. This option is available to start at 10am. Last entry for our group would be 2pm, due to our welcome reception starting at 4:00pm.

1.  Howth and Malahide (9:00 AM - 4PM With Peter)- half day-a  2 castle experience complete with ghosts!

Howth (Binn Éadair, meaning ;Éadair speak;) is a village and outer suburb of Dublin, Ireland. The district as a whole occupies the greater part of the peninsula of Howth Head, which forms the northern boundary of Dublin Bay. It is only 30 minutes from Dublin. It offers amazing vistas of Dublin Bay from the summit, lovely cliff and marine walks fabulous seafood-from trawler to plate being an important fishing area. It’s history goes back to the 14 th Century and was the location for one of the first Viking invasions even well before that. There is of course a castle which is really worth exploring Onwards to Malahide Castle.

 Trinity College - Book of Kells - With Group (4:30 PM )The Book of Kells Exhibition is a must-see on the itinerary of all visitors to Dublin. Located in the heart of the city center in Trinity College Dublin, the Exhibition displays the Book of Kells, a 9th-century manuscript that documents the four Gospels of the life of Jesus Christ. The Book of Kells is Ireland’s greatest cultural treasure and the world’s most famous medieval manuscript.  The Exhibition also features access to the Long Room, one of the world’s most beautiful libraries, that houses 250,000 of Trinity College’s oldest books.

The Giant's Causeway

Today we will head to the Cliffs of Moher together. 

We will return in the late afternoon and you will have a free evening. 

Cliffs of Moher

Voted seventh most wonderful heritage site in the world by UNESCO, the Cliffs of Moher provide stunning views of the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. Witness spectacular views over the Atlantic Ocean and the stunning Burren National Park home of 75% of Ireland's national flora. Take the opportunity to stop off at a traditional pub, O’Connors in the delightful village of Doolin-AMAZING chowder-beef and Guinness pie-of course a pint to slake the thirst before we visit the acclaimed 15th iconic Bunratty Castle - the most complete and authentic castle in Ireland The site on which Bunratty Castle stands was in origin a Viking trading camp in 970. The present structure is the last of four castles to be built on the site. Take a tour of this iconic fortress; hear and see how the lords and ladies of this castle lived; hear stories of battles and bravery and enjoy stunning views across the idyllic Clare countryside.
