Payment Schedule:
- $500 per person deposit on registration
- $2,724.50 due March 1, 2026
- Remaining balance of $2,724.50 July 1, 2026
Refund Cancellation Policy:
- Full refund less $500 for cancellations after June 30, 2026
- No refunds for cancellations after August 1, 2026
