Wow, just…WOW!  We traveled with Victory for the NHL global series in Sweden and Finland last fall. I cannot say enough about how organized and entertaining this was due to James and the gang at Victory.  We typically like to travel on our own and avoid the “herding mentality” of tour groups. However, It was so well planned that we got to enjoy the group-events and have plenty of free time to explore on our own. I 100% recommend using Victory! 

The trip was once in a lifetime! Our hosts were awesome and we had an amazing time.

Thanks for your review and honest feedback.    At no time, do we expect group members to all be world travelers.   In fact, that is exactly why we send multiple group emails or messages on varied subjects ranging from bed types, passport info, group flights, currency, adaptors, restaurants, covid requirements, hotel room size etc.  However, in order to improve our service moving forward, we have taken note of your "snippy" comment.    With over 400 travelers in October, the popularity of our tours was at certain times, our own worst enemy and we hope to make our "staff to tour member ratio" more reasonable & practical for future tours so Management staff is not spread too thin answering Customer Service questions.  Thanks again and we are happy you enjoyed your tour as this is the most important aspect!

The country of Finland was awesome.  The Finnish guides were very helpful and friendly.  Communication prior to the trip could have been better on the part of Mr. Hanlon.  He treated us as if we were world travelers and should already know about some of the things about which we asked questions.  I was not the only person on the trip who found Mr. Hanlon to be "snippy". I guess he expected us to find out the answers on our own via Google.  Other than that, I loved the trip.

The trip was fantastic...Thank you to James and his team on organizing the event...I know it's not easy.
A big thank you to the guides in Sweden and Finland...they made the trip extra special.
I hope another trip for the CBJ faithful could happen over the next couple of years!

We had a great time!  Accommodations were great and our guides while there took great care of us.  Communication of where to be and when and what to expect.  Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic trip!  Could not have asked for better tour coordinators on the ground - they truly made it a once in a lifetime experience.

This was my first trip overseas and it was wonderful - except for the final scores of the games! I really enjoyed that we were able to see the cities in addition to having some free time in each city. 

 Really appreciated the tour guides James Hanlon lined up for Sweden (Ulla) and Finland (Olli) as both were very good at narrating bus rides around their respective countries and showing a lot of patience.  We enjoyed were the outstanding VASA museum in Stockholm, the photographic museum, the spectacular food tour around the city, and the convenience of restaurants and souvenir shops.  Olli went out of his way to help my son find a connection to get a concert ticket for a sold out event in Helsinki.  What kind of tour guide does that?  Awesome.  He was also more than kind to assist at airport and really was the shining star for the entire group.  The cruise from Stockholm to Helsinki on the Silja Line was better than imagined and we appreciated Mr. Hanlon taking time to sit with us during breakfast and shoot the breeze.  All the complimentary breakfasts at the 4-star hotels lined up were the best I've ever seen and the weather was better than imagined.
 If you needed a 5-star review you have it.  It was a trip of memories we won't soon forget.

It was a great time.  Accommodations were excellent.  Travel was as good as it possibly could be.  The people were all cheerful and helpful.

We had a wonderful time and met a lot of interesting people who were part of the tour and from the cities we visited.  We felt the trip was well planned.  Our main group was split into smaller groups with assigned tour coordinators that helped answer any of our questions, gave good suggestions for places to visit, and restaurants to try.  We hope to travel back to Sweden and Finland to see the sites that we missed during this trip.  We would definitely use Victory Travel again and highly recommend them.

We had a great time! The travel arrangements fit our needs, our guides were wonderful and the tours and events during the trip were fun and informative. Our hotels were clean and convenient to historical sites, dining and the games. 

Fantastic trip.  Well organized.  The Co-ordinators in Finland were awesome, so helpful, friendly & easy to chat with.  Lots of informative tours, great food, the hotels were also excellent.  For us it was our first trip across the pond & going as a group was a great experience.  Mostly stress free and all events ran pretty smoothly.  Thanks for a unforgettable trip!

Great communication before and during the trip. Had a great time. Guides were great and very accommodating. Fun tours with great guides.  A wonderful overall experience and would return to Helsinki in the summer months. 

Overall it was a very good trip.  The guides in Finland were excellent.  The guide we had in Stockholm seemed a little overwhelmed and the communication was not the best.  Actually ran out of time and was not able to get everything I wanted in that town.   
Overall I truly enjoyed myself and it was a wonderful trip. 

This trip was absolutely amazing!  It was so well organized and the guides were incredible.  We met so many wonderful people and our group ended up feeling like a family.  My husband and I have never done anything like this before, but we would definitely like to do it again! Thank you so much for allowing as to make so many wonderful memories!

This was a fantastic trip, plenty of things to see, great accommodations and recommendations.  If one request, the itinerary was created late, and it changed - making us change dinner reservations and missing on an opportunity in Helsinki to book our own tour when the Beer tour was moved to Tampere.  But otherwise it was a great experience!

This was a great trip! Well planned and executed!  All staff  and guides were top notch.    Planned activities were excellent.  Plenty of time on our own.

Of course games were GREAT! Interacting with the team was fun!

To be honest no complaints.  The trip was well worth the money spent.  We would do it again.

Thank you for your review and we are happy you enjoyed the tour.   We also appreciate your feedback about What's App.   However, we have tried this in the past with an open chat group and, even with a smaller group, the comments and photos got a bit out of hand.    We are constantly searching for a happy balance because we agree that comradery within the group is an essential difference maker from people booking on their own.

It was a great trip.  Klara was extremely helpful and made sure no one was left behind at any event.David graciously gave his time with walking tours to help us get oriented and learn a little history..  the team did a fantastic job.

One item to keep in mind for future events, when setting up the WhatsApp it would be helpful to have an unrestricted group so tour members, who are interested, can talk prior to the tour.  I talked to several people on this tour that would have (and wish we could have) met prior to the tour.  It would allow participants to coordinate on optional tours, wearing team or group colors on specific days, and make friends ahead of the trip.

An amazing trip!  The food, people and accommodations were all top notch!!  Scheduled events were amazing. Loved our tour guides . All around wonderful time. 

It was a great trip.  Totally enjoyed the  Pred meet and greet as well as the games.  The accommodations were great.  Our tour guides were wonderful!  An overall really nice experience! 

Had a great time meeting fellow hockey fans. The accommodations were excellent and the tour guides/staff were the best. I truly enjoyed my time on this trip.

Earl and Luduk were great guides. Hotel in Prague could have been slightly better but overall well done. Great trip.

I found this trip quite poorly organized. I could have arranged it much better myself.

Had a fantastic time. Everything was well coordinated and the Hosts were very knowledgeable and took great care in making the experience fun and enjoyable.

Everything was great but would have liked for the accommodations for the different foursomes to be closer to each other.  The Manor would've been better but I understand it was booked.   The condos we had were pretty far from each other so difficult to get together in the evening as a group.  Other than that, the trip was great!  Thank you for organizing it.

Kanata GC--Pinehurst Tour 2022

An outstanding golf location for all golfers, especially groups. Our group had a great time on and off the course. A must visit for golfing fanatics and another well executed Victory Travel trip.

It was an amazing time, well organized and well thought out. everything went off without a hitch and we had a great time. We were a big group of 20 guys so it's tough to keep things lined up, but, it turned out super nice.

Great trip. Great golf course and accommodations. Great venues for the dinners. 

Awesome trip from start to finish. Everything was seemless from flights to restaurants to shuttles to golf. With all that taken care of, all we had to do was enjoy the awesome location (#predatorridge) and lots of laughs with our good buddies.
We'll definitely be using Victory Travel & Events for our next trip.
