It was very beneficial having the opportunity to discuss my relationship with my horse with Warwick and to discuss the things I need to work on specifically. It answered a lot of questions in my head and gave me clearer paths to work through. It is an experience that I definitely want to take again once I have digested all the information and ways I learned from the first experience. This experience has also opened my eyes to the importance of Robyn's work and the courses she is offering. I am very grateful to understanding how this work can help in my particular case.

The coaching experience with Warwick was an incredibly intense and meaningful experience. In many ways, it felt like being part of a six-week clinic rather than a single session. The depth of the process, the continuity, and the reflections that came with it made it far more than just “training.” It invited me to slow down, to truly listen to myself, and to look more honestly at my role within the relationship with my horse. I learned how inseparable the work with the horse is from the work on ourselves, our expectations, internal pressure, and the need to “do well” or achieve results. Beyond my own sessions, it was incredibly valuable to observe other participants, see their journeys, and learn from their experiences as well. Watching different horses, different people, and different dynamics added so much perspective and depth to the learning. Rather than adding more techniques, this experience brought clarity, awareness, and a deeper understanding of both my horse’s nervous system and my own. I’ve seen a real change in emotional regulation, in the quality of the relationship, and in my horse’s willingness to truly be with me. It’s a path that asks for openness, self-honesty, and the courage to question yourself and let go of control. But for that very reason, it can be deeply transformative, for both the horse and us. Thank you so much Warwick and Robyn for this experience!

I think my time with Warwick was good, he definitely was delivering what he said he could. I was disappointed by the lack of communication as I tried to email some concerns privately and my spouse tried to purchase one on one lessons for me a a Christmas gift, we however never heard anything back. Outside of that I believe the program holds a lot a value.

I had been a subscriber to Warwick Schiller's online program for over a year and had already made solid progress with my horse, Coquina, who struggled with severe separation anxiety and difficulty regulating herself under saddle. I thought I was applying the groundwork principles correctly—until I participated in Warwick's Signature Coaching Experience. The program's structure is brilliant: You submit a video of yourself working with your horse at your current level, and Warwick provides detailed, play-by-play feedback highlighting areas for improvement. Then, once a week, we join a group Zoom call where everyone shares their videos and issues. We all learn from each participant's progress and challenges, which multiplies the value tremendously. Warwick's teaching style is engaging, deeply knowledgeable, and genuinely fun—he explains concepts clearly while keeping things light and relatable. The personal impact on me and my horse has been huge: We're both noticeably more relaxed and confident during rides now. It was such a positive experience that I immediately signed up for a second round! Highly recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their connection and understanding with their horse. Thank you, Warwick—it's been transformative.

Warwick and Robyn Schiller do a great job with their Journey On summits and retreats. Having been to 4 of these events in a year and a half, I've come to appreciate not only the fantastic setting, food and hospitality, but also the quality content for personal growth and learning. The topics are varied, with some topics being horse related, some general relationship building, and some nervous system regulation and understanding. In addition, the Schillers do a good job of fostering a safe environment to grow together and learn to appreciate how beautifully different we all are, and that each one has something to offer. For me, these retreats are to learn about new things both in and out of the horse world, to expand my knowledge base surrounding many topics in a fantastic setting. In addition it's been a great place to build on the personal growth I'm experiencing at home by practicing vulnerability and opening myself to new experiences that foster well-being and build relationship skills to improve both my human and horse relationships. It's intentionally putting myself out of my comfort zone intellectually and emotionally for the purpose of growth.
