The Journey on Podcast Summit is a 4-day event that hosts former podcast guests as they share powerful 20-minute TIC (Teach, Inspire, Connect) Talks, participate in Discussion Panels, Question & Answer sessions as well as facilitate Connection Circles. Presenters, when not on stage, are part of the audience all weekend long.
The 2025 Summit will be held from September 18-22, 2025 in Paso Robles, California at both the Journey On Ranch and Paso Robles Expo Center.

Refund information
Refunds are as follows (no exceptions):
$150 non refundable deposit - this ensures that if you cancel, we can cover our commitments, administrative fees, etc.
Before May 1st - 100% of balance paid (excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit)
After May 1st - July 15th - 50% of balance paid (excluding the $150 non-refundable deposit)
After July 15th - Non-refundable
Please know that if we have a healthy waiting list, we MAY consider refunds beyond these dates.
Discounts
There are discounts available for Previous In-Person Attendees and Previous Presenters. There will be emails going out with the discount codes. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE CODE WE CANNOT HONOR THE DISCOUNT. Please use the discount only for yourself, not for other people not eligible for the discount (I.e. you are a previous attendee and are bringing someone else who has never attended, they must complete their own registration form without the discount).

Available Add-Ons
Round Trip transportation options to the Journey On Ranch from hotels for Thursday. We found that those who thought they would need transportation on Monday found rides with their new found friends and didn't need the bus transportation on Monday.
