You need a day to rest and reset after that very long travel day, so day 1 is just that. Relax by the pool, indulge in a few welcome drinks and get to know your house mates. You can step out to explore the neighborhood beaches, just a 15 minute walk, or enjoy the the mountain and beach views from the comfort of the vacation home.
That evening we'll gather for a welcome dinner filled with great food, ice breakers and interaction.
We'll visit 2 wineries to indulge and savour a wine tasting experience like no other, where we will sample some of South Africa’s finest vintages accompanied by spellbinding views across the Stellenbosch and Franschoek regions.
It's time to witness the circle of life up close and personal. Step into the wildlife and drive alongside the legendary Big 5 (lions, elephants, buffalos, leopards, and rhinos). More than just an unforgettable safari destination, we'll experience luxurious African hospitality, traditional culinary delights, and the restoration of pride.
After our trip in the wild, relax by the pool or pamper yourself with an award-winning, luxury African spa treatment. Choose from natural products, soothing treatments, and world-class spa facilities. It's the ultimate place of serenity and healing.
Today will be all about community outreach where we start the day with an eye-opening guided visit through one of Cape Town's township. We'll learn about their culture, lifestyle, history, hopes and dreams, while contributing to the local economy for growth and development.
That evening, we'll board the luxury catamaran where we'll get to glide along the picturesque Cape Town coastline, experiencing the city as you’ve never before, all under the warm glow of the setting sun
There are a few must-see things when visiting Cape Town -- day 5, we do them all
Table Mountain - One of South Africa's most famed sites, we'll take the cable car to the top of the mountain and revel in the breathtaking views of Cape Town
Cape of Good Hope - The most south-western point of Africa
Cape Point - one of the most pristine and unspoiled places on earth, complete with dramatic cliffs, pristine beaches, and breathtaking views
Boulders Beach - One of Cape Town's most visited beaches and the only place in the world where you can get close to African Penguins
Take a walk through history as we explore Robben Island, the place where Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his imprisonment. From there, we'll head to the Central Business District (CBD) to shop at the local market where you can find jewelry, clothing, souvenirs, masks, sculptures, artwork and more to take home.
After the day out, we get dressed up for our finale dinner
Today we say our goodbyes. Take a neighborhood stroll to the beach or another dip in the pool to enjoy the sunshine at our beautiful vacation house for one last time. After checkout, for those of us with late flights, we'll head to the V&A Waterfront for lunch, and then to the airport
