My family and I recently traveled to South Africa, Johannesburg and CapeTown, to celebrate my daughter’s 50th Birthday! I could not have imagined how INCREDIBLE this trip would be! Two of our travelers had mobility concerns. JoyTrip catered to our group and individual needs, including securing wheelchairs and scooters for our two travelers. Our excursions fulfilled every item on our wish list, providing the cultural enrichment, relaxation, and fun we sought. The hotel in Johannesburg was A1! And our oceanfront luxury home in CapeTown was breathtaking! JoyTrip even added a few special touches, making the trip even more memorable! We had a great time in Belize City and San Pedro! The people were very friendly and genuinely helpful. The hotel accommodations were great at Fort Georges and Alaia Resort. The adventures were great—even with some unforeseen circumstances, the guides made our experiences great! Transport to and from excursions were great and even when just a little late—it was understandable. It was overall a great trip!!

Let me just say: Joy to the world, because everyone deserves to experience a trip hosted by this incredible woman. This was hands down the best trip of my life so far. And I say so far because I fully intend to book many more trips with Joy. From the start, Joy went above and beyond. She adjusted her original itinerary to fit my group’s budget and created a tailor-made experience that made my 40th birthday feel like a dream. I knew I wanted this milestone to be special, but Joy didn’t just meet my expectations...she exceeded them. The trip was jam-packed with unforgettable moments. We went from safari adventures to wine tastings, from community outreach to spa days, and somehow every single stop felt intentional, beautiful, and meaningful. Joy made sure I felt like a queen every day. At every location, she made it known that this crew came to celebrate my birthday, and she even surprised me with a cake at our farewell dinner. Who does that? Joy does. She’s the definition of warm, professional, and prepared. Everything was thought through, planned out, and somehow still full of surprises. This wasn’t my first time in Cape Town, but the way Joy curated the experience made it feel brand new. I was in awe all over again. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Some of our group had dietary restrictions, and Joy had accommodations in place before we could even speak up. She was flexible when plans had to shift and remained calm, kind, and on point through it all. I’m already looking forward to my next Joy Trip.
