Retreats by KeepFit Women embodies everything that KeepFit Women is, in a condensed luxury experience while in a beautiful tropical location. If you aren’t familiar with KeepFit Women (KFW), we are a Canadian fitness company, that helps women crush their health and fitness goals.We mix super effective [and fun] workouts and nutrition education with mindset practices, group accountability and incredible community motivation and support. 

Our retreats are open to our members and to the public! Our retreat in 2024 is exclusive to those who identify as women.

On the KFW Costa Rica 2024 Retreat, you can expect 

- Daily movement including yoga, mobility sessions, ocean front movement and of course, KFW style workouts. 

- Beautiful, fresh, and nutritious daily meals. Meals are created by a local chef and ingredients are sourced from local farms using organic, sustainable methods of agriculture

- Excursions to visit hidden local gems and experience local culture 

-Meditations, guided journaling and workshops 

- All scheduled activities are optional. You may join every session, or only sessions that align with what you envision your trip to include. 

- Amenities such as a beautiful pool, tanning decks, AC in every room, high speed WIFI and access to free filtered water

- To stay at a stunning eco lodge on Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast. All rooms are shared, and are built from recycled shipping containers structured in beautiful harmony with the abundant greenery of Costa Rica.

3 Single Beds Room - 

Our 3 Single Bed Rooms offer AC, Wifi, free filtered water, and access to shared decks, lounges, and a swimming pool. Hot water shower with organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. 

 Superior Queen - 1 Queen Bed (Sharing a bed with a roommate)  
These Rooms are priced per person with a minimum of two people in each room (Double Occupancy) 

These rooms have one queen bed. Cozy and comfortable, the Superior Queen Room offers AC, WiFi, top-quality bedding, and access to free filtered water, a private deck, and private bathroom, and access to shared decks, lounges, and a swimming pool. Hot water shower with organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. 

Standard Queen- 1 Queen bed (Sharing a bed with a roommate)  
These Rooms are priced per person with a minimum of two people in each room (Double Occupancy)  + (Sharing a bathroom with the other Standard Queen Room) 

 These rooms have one queen bed each. Cozy and comfortable, the Standard Queen Room offers AC, WiFi, top quality bedding and access to free filtered water, private deck, and access to shared decks, lounges, and swimming pool. The two Standard Queen Room share a bathroom and shower, located just outside the rooms. Hot water shower with organic soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

Three freshly prepared and locally sourced ovo-lacto-vegetarian meals daily (7 breakfasts / 6 lunches / 7 dinners)  A fish option may be added to meals for an additional $7 per meal charge.

* Please note alcoholic beverages are NOT Included and not available on site. You may purchase it off-site or at the airport and bring it with you.

 Coverage for unexpected emergency medical treatment and related expenses for travelers over 30 days old and up to age 59. Includes 24/7 toll-free multilingual assistance.
