Cancellation Policy: Individual Cancellations:

• No Refunds after 30 days prior to arrival: Except for guests who purchased the Cancellation Protection Plan, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations made to the package, rooming list, or final count after 30 days prior to arrival.

• All Cancellations made prior to the cutoff date must go through Gatherings Plus.

• Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations unless a Cancellation Protection Plan has been purchased.

Optional Cancellation Protection Plan

• Cost: This optional plan costs $25.00 per person and is non-refundable. The fee is due at the final payment deadline.

• Cancellation Timeframe for Individuals: Individual cancellations within a group are allowed up to 48 business hours prior to the group's arrival.

• Non-Refundable Changes within 48 Business Hours: Any changes made within 48 business hours of the group's arrival are non-refundable.

• Non-Refundable Fee: The $25.00 Cancellation Protection Plan fee is strictly non-refundable.

Gratuities:

• Applicable taxes and restaurant minimum gratuities are included.

• Gratuities for driver, step-on guide, and housekeeper are discretionary and not required.

• Recommended gratuity for the coach driver is $3 per person per day, housekeeping & step-on guide $2 per person per day.

The performance of any agreement by the Hotel, the Association and the Reunion Planner is subject to acts of God, war, government regulations operating status such as shutdown, disaster, epidemics / pandemics, domestic or international terrorism, civil disorder curtailment of public transportation facilities, Center for Disease Control and Prevention advisories by the CDC or other state, local or federal government agencies, named weather events or travel warnings given by MO or other state, local or federal agencies, union protests that are either active of threatened such as boycotts, picketing, or demonstrators or other emergency making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or to hold the meeting that encumber or prevent attendees from arriving and attending the reunion.

Any party asserting Force Majeure shall have the burden of proving that reasonable steps were taken (under the circumstances) to minimize delay or damages caused by foreseeable events, that all non-excused obligations were substantially fulfilled and that the other party was timely notified of the likelihood or occurrence which would justify such an assertion, so that other prudent precautions could be contemplated.
