The hotel was a big hit (well, except $40/day parking. Wasn't thrilled about that) The hotel staff were great and assisted me on a couple occasions. Hotel restaurants were top notch and the meals great, particularly the banquet at the end of our stay. The tours were fascinating revealing a lot of history. My fave was the WWII museum, innovative as much as informative. The paddle boat ride was a hit as well. I would really like to give a shout out to Danielle (sp?) the tour guide, really knew her stuff. N.O. had a lot to offer the traveler though I was disappointed that the escalators and elevators to go up and catch the trolley were out. A big deal for us mobility challenged elders. Overall, the trip was a big hit and my wife and I enjoyed it greatly.

Rooms was good. You can forget the food. Our final dinner was terrible. You don't know how to cook beef or where to get good beef. Its a one and done.

The first issues at the beginning. Breakfast arrangements wasn’t explained to our group and later resolved. Danelle Barbara was magnificent, she explained so much information about New Orleans and Strauss members really appreciated her insight and knowledge.

We had a good time. Everybody was super nice. The room was comfy and clean. Looking forward to going again.
