- TransportAir fare, airport transfers or other modes of transport are not included. Info about an optional group transfer from ROME airport will be provided (price depends on number of passengers)
- WineAlcohol is not included but it is available should you wish to enjoy a local vintage, or bring your own and pay a corkage fee.
- Travel InsuranceWe don't often use the word "mandatory", but we STRONGLY recommend comprehensive travel insurance

What an amazing retreat with Julie & Karen.

I have enjoyed four separate retreats with Karen and Julie. All have been wonderful! It is clear the time and effort that they put into planning the trip, accommodations, excursions, and of course, the yoga practice. The daily practice is always just perfect and what you need for that particular day. I have also met wonderful people along the way. The yoga experience was tailored to our group. Both experienced and novice practitioners were challenged and accommodated.

What a special experience with two amazing retreat leaders. Amatierra was so lovely. A beautiful yoga shala, delicious food mostly from their gardens - and freshly laid eggs, just the best. I highly recommend a retreat with Julie and Karen. It was my second retreat with them, and my first time in Costa Rica and I will definitely be back!

Cape Town was wonderful, topped only by Imbali in Kruger National Park. Excellent food and accommodations. Karen and Julie are full of life and energy to keep everyone happy and entertained.
