Love And All Is Coming is a yoga school founded by Talia Sutra offering yoga education. The school is built upon the eternal teachings of Sanātana Dharma with ahiṃsā (non-harm) acting as a definitive and guiding corner stone.
LAAIC offers teachings from their source in a simple, rational and useful manner and with an emphasis on inner stillness. The school follows the non-dual philosophy of Advaita Vedānta: a recognition of the One in all.
How do you even begin to describe a yoga teacher training that shifts the way you approach… well, everything? From understanding my practice on a whole new level, diving into the technical details of asanas, and learning an incredible So’ham krama, to meeting the most wonderful group of people to share this journey with; from adding more Bhakti to my practice, to cultivating more discipline, more love, more grace, more compassion. It all left a mark.
I’m truly grateful to my past self for deciding to do this training. I can already feel how much it has brought into my life, and somehow I know this is only the beginning.
Talia is an extraordinary teacher, kind, precise, deeply knowledgeable, sharp, focused, fully present in every single minute she spends with you. She lives and breathes yoga. She embodies everything she teaches, and you can feel that in every interaction.
Every session felt priceless. And honestly? I’m not an easy person to impress… I’m quite a demanding customer 😅 but this was beyond anything I expected.
Alongside Talia, we were supported by two mentors, both beautiful souls who guided us with so much care. And the eco resort in Portugal? Stunning. Lovely staff, spotless rooms, fantastic food. We were so well taken care of.
From the bottom of my heart: thank you. My practice, and my life, feels richer because of this training.
Her softness, kindness, and calming presence create a rare space of trust and openness. Her teaching is inspiring and full of wisdom. Her unique method is powerful, guiding you toward a deep reconnection with yourself. I love these workshops so much
I joined Talia Sutra for the weekend in Bratislava. It was a well structured, informative and most beneficial weekend, topped with a kirtan. I walked away tired and refreshed at the same time, with longterm 'homework' for my practice. I was most impressed by how clear, focused and energetic Talia stayed for the duration of the workshop. Even though it was a lot of information, I never felt like yawning. I'd come again!
I was blessed to attend the 200 hr TT in Puglia with Talia, and it’s hard to put into words what a gift this training was. Everything went above and beyond any expectations or hopes that I had. It was clear from day 1 that Talia is committed to providing the most comprehensive training available. From her beautiful and thorough Text Book, to the qualified and masterful Teachers that she aligns herself with for the Anatomy, Philosophy, and Ayurvedic portions of the training, we were provided with the truest and most traditional teachings. She truly honors and acknowledges the roots of Yoga, and ensures that her students leave with a deep understanding and respect for the history behind Yoga as we know it today. She is wise, and patient, and kind— and her team members (Flor and Giulia, as well as her behind-the-scenes team) embody these same traits, and provide support and love in all of their interactions with the students. LAAIC truly leads with Love and integrity to run a professional, life-changing training program. I feel so blessed to have trained under these remarkable Teachers. What a beautiful community to be a part of.
