LOVE AND ALL IS COMING - Embodied Practice

      300 HOUR ADVANCED TEACHER TRAINING

The Love And All Is Coming Embodied Practice 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training (LAAIC EP) is an invitation to delve into the heart, broaden the mind and through sincere understanding- embody the practice.

Led by LAAIC founder Talia Sutra, the training is rigorous, challenging and comprehensive. LAAIC EP integrates classical asana, mantra, chanting, meditation, philosophy and scriptural study as pillars to a life led by a deep desire for moksha- liberation from Self ignorance.

LAAIC trainings bring together practitioners from all over the world. Together, we develop the qualifications necessary for sincere Self inquiry, namely: a firm foundation and practice of the Yama and Niyama- ethical observances and restraints, Vivekah the capacity to discriminate, Vairagyah the ability to release attachment to the results of our efforts, Mumukshut a sincere and unyielding desire for liberation.

      What are the Requirements?

The LAAIC TT programs are challenging. They are challenging spiritually, mentally, emotionally, energetically and physically.

Therefore, the most important requirement is the complete acknowledgment, acceptance and personal responsibility to meet, face and work with the challenge as it reveals itself.

The second most important requirement is an earnest confidence in the practice and a sincere desire to share it.

Third, all applicants must have a 200-hour certification from LAAIC or a Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour certification.

Lastly, it is recommended that all applicants have some experience with LAAIC instruction, such as attending classes or workshops with Talia Sutra in person or online at Taliasutra.com.

      What does LAAIC EP include?

      • Hatha Yoga: Daily immersive 2 hour asana practice as well as daily Posture Clinic sessions which break down asana from the LAAIC EP Sequence and beyond. Learn to practice and guide others in Bandha, Mudra, Drishti and Kriya as well as Pranayama– breathing techniques. PLEASE Note: Hatha Yoga is not a style of asana. Hatha can be translated as effort and is in fact the umbrella term used to describe PHYSICAL YOGA- containing all the physical practices of yoga mentioned above. The Hatha yoga practices at LAAIC are vigorous, vinyasa based, well rounded and include all of the above.

      • Mantra: Daily mantra chanting and study.

      • Meditation: Learn various meditation techniques and practice meditation twice a day. Additionally, learn how to teach meditation to others.

Love And All Is Coming is a yoga school founded by Talia Sutra offering yoga education. The school is built upon the eternal teachings of Sanātana Dharma with ahiṃsā (non-harm) acting as a definitive and guiding corner stone. LAAIC offers teachings from their source in a simple, rational and useful manner and with an emphasis on inner stillness. The school follows the non-dual philosophy of Advaita Vedānta: a recognition of the One in all.

I am truly delighted by my experience. It was all that I expected and looked for in a 300h training. Talia truly embodies what she teaches and she helped me transformed my practice into a sadhana. I broadened my yogic knowlege and I now feel empowered to elevate both my teaching and practice. In terms of logistics and facilities: 1) The food was healthy, good and simple. Might be surprising for India, but I actually had the best digestion of my life. 2) The rooms were confortable but it is important to manage expectations: nothing luxurious/some minor things had to be fixed (example: toilet flush) BUT the staff and LAAIC's team were always ready to solve any request. 3) I was a bit surprised by that we had to bring our own mats to India. It would have been nice to be provided with good mats at the location, but I understand that it is India and that it was not possible to do so (not a big issue honestly, the airline did not create any problem to travel with the mat in the cabin). 4) LAAIC team was fantastic in organizing shuttles to and out of the retreat center!! I strongly recommend this training. To know if it is for you, I suggest learning with Talia on her app first.

Best experience I ever gifted myself. Talia and the LAAIC team created the most meaningful, heart centered, and inspiring training. It was challenging in all the right ways. Love and trust were the pillars of the programming for Talia, Tony, Flor, Flavia and all the other teachers who made the experience what it was- I deeply know this because I felt it in every morning Sādhana, every lecture and every meal. Not only did i deepen my own personal practice, I gained incredible insights from teachers and my fellow trainees and learned so much more about what it means to embody Yoga. Thank you LAAIC for opening my heart to my fullest potential. I can’t wait to reunite again.

It is such a blessing to be able to learn from Talia in person. It's amazing how quickly a three hour class passes. She has such a wealth of knowledge and communicates it so clearly.

Talia is a wonderful Yoga teacher and I am grateful for her feedback and sharing her expertise. The class, however, was extremely crowded, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Besides that, I could barely see her due to the number of people blocking the way from all angles.
By Gabriel A for LAAIC Berlin Masterclass on Feb 24, 2024
Hi Gabriel! When I travel to teach, I see a large amount of people per class as it is important to me to receive as many people as I can. There were about 60 more people on the waiting list who could not make it to that class in Berlin. Large, central, empty spaces are hard to come by and the studio we held the class in was so beautiful and spacious. I was grateful to be there. These international workshops happen once a year and are large in every city for that reason. I cannot teach a small class when there are so many who want to take part. I am sorry you were expecting a small gathering. Seeing as I do not teach by demonstrating and that the focus in asana is internal, you wouldn't have missed much by not seeing me directly. I hope that the class was meaningful or useful to you in some way. Hari Om Talia
