This was one of the best trips of my life!!! Ally creates the most magical containers in everything she leads whether it be an in depth teacher training, a retreat, or even an online workshop or class. She has such a gift of calling in the most amazing humans to these retreats. She reminds us that we all have medicine for each other in these spaces, and it couldn’t be more true. I’ve been benefiting from the shift in my own energy since I’ve returned from this trip & still feeling the positive impacts over a month later. I am now part of another incredible sisterhood because of this retreat & I’ll remember it for the rest of my days. This particular location was absolutely stunning, but I’d truly follow Ally wherever the heck she wants to take me. GET BUSY LIVIN!

Dreamy days in paradise with like-minded, multi-faceted, hilarious and present women. Time with self on the Yucatan land was raw and luxurious. Time in this sweet community was heart opening and deeply rewarding. Ally Maz hosts with intention, authenticity and wisdom- offering us all an invitation for transformation. How can I find words for this life-changing experience... thank you thank you thank you Ally for creating and holding such a sacred space for us. I am still deeply touched by meeting you and the incredible women who have become my friends, my allies, my sisters. Women I look up to, who I held and felt held by, and watched in awe as they journeyed through healing, discovering authentic joy. If you believe in the definition of a miracle is as a shift in perspective, Ladyvana isn't really a yoga retreat, it is a journey of creating miracles. Panama 2023 was my 2nd Ladyvana trip, and I can say with certainty now that the magic I felt the first time in Mexico was not a fluke or a one-off experience. Ally is such an incredible conduit for deep work and connection, and brings a beautiful balance of joy, humor and power to her retreats that makes the impossible feel easily accessible. Both retreats I've gone on have been truly life-changing experiences, and each one has helped me find exactly what I needed at that moment in my life, even when I had no idea what I was looking for. The women I have connected with on these trips have become friends for life, and I am so grateful to be part of this sisterhood of amazing, supportive, vulnerable and authentic women across the world.
