We suggest all guests arrive in Panama City (PTY) on Saturday (NOV 2nd/2024)

before your scheduled retreat date. This gives you one

day/night to explore the historic district (Casco Viejo). On

Sunday morning between 8:30 - 9:00am the included

transportation will pick you up from one of the recommended

hotels in Casco Viejo, see below.

We also suggest enjoying an extra night in Panama City on the

return, however if you need to fly out on the Saturday, please

book a flight no earlier than 6:00pm. Drop-off's as part of the

included transportation on the return, from Sansara to Panama

City, are available at the same list of recommended hotels.

PLEASE NOTE: This part of your trip is NOT included in the retreat price.

Airport transportation is not included. If you wish to arrange

airport transportation or have guests arriving outside of the

group transportation we recommend using our trusted

transportation provider, Pineapple Shuttle

Please book your flight home for either Nov 9th (NO EARLIER THAN 6pm due to the shuttle taking the group from Cambutal back to Panama City) or what most guests do is stay the night in Panama City and fly out the next day. 

WE UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAPPENS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SOMETIMES UNAVOIDABLE. PLEASE READ THE REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK.

Our team puts a lot of time and care into planning these retreats and therefore all deposit payments of $1000 USD are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the deposit has been made we will contact you to confirm details and you spot on the retreat.

The remainder payment will be due Sep 20th, 2024. We will send you a reminder email two weeks before. If the payment isn't made by Sep 20th, 2024, we will open the spot back up, and your space will no longer be guaranteed on this retreat. 

No refunds will be available for final payments after 5PM on Sept 20, 2024 regardless of reason for cancellation, no exceptions. However, if we are able to fill your space last minute, Ladyvana will happily refund you your payment minus the non-refundable deposit. 

*No payments may be transferred to another retreat date.

**Retreat cost includes all meals, accommodation and tuition for the retreat. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
