1. Where is the retreat located?
Ladyvana takes place at Club de Patos, a stunning beachfront property on the Yucatán coast, just 45 minutes from Mérida International Airport (MID).
2. How do I get there?
Fly into Mérida (MID). We’ll provide detailed travel info and can help coordinate group transportation from the airport to the retreat.
3. What’s included in the retreat price?
Your payment covers accommodation, all meals (except alcoholic beverages), yoga and movement classes, group experiences, and workshop sessions. It does not include airfare.
4. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
The $1,000 USD deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due by September 10, 2025. No refunds are issued after this date unless your spot is filled, in which case we refund your balance (minus the deposit). See full policy above.
5. Do I need to have yoga experience?
Ladyvana welcomes all levels — from first-timers to lifelong yogis. The classes are designed to be intermediate but can adjust to beginners or advanced practitioners.
6. Can I come solo?
Absolutely. Many of our guests come alone and leave with lifelong friends. We offer shared or private rooms depending on your preference.
7. What kind of food will be served?
Nourishing, locally inspired, Mexican meals with an Italian flare. We can accommodate most dietary needs — just let us know when booking.
8. What should I pack?
You’ll receive a full packing list after booking, but essentials include: swimwear, light clothing, yoga gear, a sun hat, sandals, sunscreen. We've got yoga mats and blocks, and bug spray too!
9. Is tipping included?
Tipping is not included, but it is deeply appreciated. We suggest $150–$300 MXN per day for the staff, which can be pooled at the end of the retreat.
10. Can I use my phone or laptop during the retreat?
Ladyvana encourages presence and disconnection from devices. While there is Wi-Fi, we invite you to take this time to unplug as much as possible.
