Pasan a tu hotel y te llevan a almorzar a un lugar donde la opción es bufet.
Después nos dirijimos a la montaña de colores y te exolican que puedes llegar en moto, caballo, cuatrimoto o a pie con el guía.
Es una experiencia muy bonita.
De regreso, tienes incluido otro almuerzo/comida, la cual es deliciosa.
Recomiendo ampliamente.

The drive itself was good and I liked the places chosen to take a break. However, I do not like the way the company is communicating, specifically sending information about the ride. The real times of meeting and leaving are different than when booking which creates a lot of confusion. The exact times are often indicated only a day before and it complicates the whole trip for those who need to transfer to different transport and depend on precise times. Specifically for the ride from Hidroelectrica - many people take the bus the same day as visiting Machu Picchu and it is important to know when they have to leave to catch it. Therefore I was unhappy that in the end the bus left more than 30 min later than indicated.

We recently booked a bus trip from Hidroelectrica to Cusco. The driver, who might have been 20 yrs old, was quite unsafe. He was competing against other buses, passing on curves, maintaining a ridiculous speed around curves high above rivers on dirt roads - you name it, the transgression occurred. It was an awful experience and I am thankful to have not been injured or killed. There aren’t really options to exit the bus and find other means of transportation, given the remoteness of the area. Seriously… look elsewhere for your transportation needs.

Una linda experiencia! Puntuales a la hora de buscarnos. En mi caso le puse 3 estrellas porque fuimos un grupo de 19 personas y habia 1 solo guia para todos, yo me tuve que volver de la caminata a la trafic por el mal de altura y nadie me acompañó, creo que para esa cantidad de gente son necesarios minimo 2 o 3 guias, para que puedan dividirse entre tantas personas

The only thing is that the bus was very cold for me.

La verdad la forma de comprar y reservar ningún problema son 100% confiables, pero el conductor que nos tocó se fue toda la primera parte del viaje hablando por teléfono en caminos donde la verdad se necesita de concentranción, llegamos a la estación de servicio y seguía hablando por teléfono, luego íbamos bajando en una zona de curvas e iba demasiado rápido, no prendió el aire acondicionado en todo el camino y el calor era sofocante, mi esposo en una oportunidad quizo abrir la ventana y le dice que no se puede porque está mala y mi esposo le pide que prenda el aire porque hacía mucho calor, la verdad desconozco si es que el aire funcionaba o no, pero sólo abrió su ventana, la verdad fue un viaje no tan agradable, yo hace años había hecho la misma ruta, que la verdad si son varias hrs de viaje, pero no fue tan incómodo como esta vez.

It was not as described.  The second stop was completely superfluous and  too long People were just waiting to get back on bus  . Absolutely no communication from the driver - no proper communication of something as basic as Wi-Fi.
The driver stopped for petrol and some strange pushing of the vehicle while we waited in the bus not knowing what was going on - surely the vehicle should have been filled with petrol before the trip was undertaken.  Bus was not comfortable  and seats narrow . The last few miles were so uncomfortable and quite scary given the terrain. We did not travel back the following day . Would not advise anyone to take this trip

Un bonito tour sobre todo en el último horario ya que logras ver el atardecer desde una de las partes más altas de cusco, conocer alpacas y tocarlas fue una linda experiencia. Muy bonito, sobre todo para un día que no quieras hacer actividades muy fuertes y aclimatar tu cuerpo a cusco. 

El bus esta nuevo, pero necesitan afrecer entretenimiento e/o internet a bordo. Limpio, en buen estado.

Terrible – Unsafe and Unprofessional!

We booked the ATV tour to Rainbow Mountain on September 5. Right after leaving Cusco, the driver ran over a dog, left it screaming in the street, and instead of stopping he sped up. He drove like crazy the entire way, almost crashing about seven times.

The restaurant stop was awful: dirty, full of flies, and terrible food. On the way back, the van was overheated, very hot inside, and they refused to turn on the air conditioning.

This was the worst tour experience we’ve ever had. Unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely not recommended.

One of the worst experiences in my life. The VAN seats were really narrow and the route to arrive to Hidroeléctrica is considered as a nightmare.

They were incredible! I was scammed by another company, and at the last minute was able to contact them very late the night before on WhatsApp and they got right back to me! Highly recommended!

La carretera es una pesadilla pero la agencia trabaja bien.

We had a terrible time, the driver was very bad. He drove like a maniac, he did not speak one word of English. He sometimes drove with his elbows on the steering wheel and his mobile phone in his hand.. He was not responsible in overtaking other cars.

Seats are quite comfortable, bus left on time and arrived before schedule. Given the road conditions, it would have been nice if the driver could go slower and make the trip more comfortable.

El azafato que nos tocó fue muy antipático y desagradable. La agencia no se comportó a la altura, solicité modificar las fechas de mi viaje, me dijeron que no tenían fechas para el día que quería, por lo cual tuve que cancelar la reserva, cobrándome el 30%. Y resulta que en la web conseguí billetes para el día que yo les había solicitado. Se lo comenté y me dieron unas excusas inentendibles. Me quedé muy disconforme.

The day before the tour, I still hadn't received any contact, so I inquired about the meeting place and time. Our stay on the Uros Islands was shorter than expected, and I was disappointed that we only got to see a small part of the community we visited. It was National Day on Taquile Island, so we got to see the National Day celebrations, but they were boring. However, the lunch was delicious, and the guide's explanation of Taquile Island's culture was very interesting.

We joined this tour this week. As a foreign tourist, I had hoped that the information would also be given in English.
unfortunately I could not understand or learn about many of the places and landscapes I saw.
Moreover, the tour started an hour late, so we arrived at our destination in the evening.
I am sorry to say that I am very dissapointed.

The seats are 160⁰ and are okay to sleep. The temperature in the cabin was way too high (28ºC when we got to Cuzco). The toilets were disgusting, better go to the toilet before leaving

La movilidad era nueva y super cómoda.
El conductor Edwin conducia muy bien, muy prudente y con mucha pericia.
La comunicación con la empresa Vía wuassap perfecta, contestaban al instante y me facilitaron el subir en otra parada que me venia mejor.
Recomiendo 100%.

Honestly this sort of trip just wasn't for me. I think I'm not the right client. The seats were super comfortable, but there was no light in the bathroom (so I had to use my phone flashlight) and then beyond that, I  just cannot fall asleep on night busses. The lights were on for much of the ride and the stopping and starting and then bus workers coming on and yelling this or that before we continue on just created an environment where sleep was evasive.

I don't think this is a bad experience if you enjoy night busses, but I don't :)

Nuestro viaje de ida fue agradable y seguro a pesar de las difíciles condiciones de la carretera. Sin embargo, en el viaje de vuelta, el conductor fue extremadamente rápido e imprudente, lo que hizo que el viaje fuera inquietante. En las últimas dos horas, una conversación con un amigo que acababa de subir al coche, cuya voz se oía por todo el vehículo, hizo el viaje aún más insoportable. La razón de la bajada de 5 a 3 puntos es el viaje de vuelta.

Very bad experience.
We are contacting you to report several incidents that occurred and we didn't have got answer yet. July 25th, during a trip with your company. We booked a trip from Cusco to Hidroeléctrica, which departed on time in a grey van. During the journey:
1) The van was stopped by the police, who removed the vehicle’s license plate. The driver gave no explanation. We had to ask the police ourselves, who informed us that the vehicle was not authorized for that route.
2) The driving was extremely reckless, unnecessarily endangering the safety of the passengers: dangerously overtaking a train on the tracks at full speed, repeatedly driving on the wrong side of the road where it was prohibited, suddenly stopping in the middle of the road to retrieve items from the trunk, and driving through an area where rocks were falling (while other vans were waiting for the rockfall to stop).
3) The driver refused to provide the license plate number and his name to the passengers so we could report the incident to the company.
Due to the lack of safety, the unnecessary risks, and the absence of explanations from the driver, we have decided to inform your company and request a full refund, as the safety conditions of the service were not met.

This trip was wonderful, our guide Alfredo very interesting and kingless. It was better than taking a classic bus. I recommend !
