We meet the group at 11 am, and we have an opening circle

Thereafter, the group will visit Puno Old Town and have lunch in a nice lunch place that has amazing locally grown, vegan food!

Explore the quiet and busier streets, the special architecture. The cathedral and main square, Puno, is a lovely, rather small town. We return to the hotel for relaxation and journaling before an evening meeting of meditation and joy before dinner.

The group meets for a nice yoga and meditation session in the morning

After breakfast, the group travels to the Fertility temple in the direction of Bolivia. We do ceremonial work and connect before continuing to the special ancient place of Arumu Muru. Here you have time to explore on your own and connect; you will also be guided. The place is powerful and ancient, dating back to Lemuria. It has a portal gateway, we spend the rest of the day before travelling back to Puno, where we meet for sharing if necessary and a meditation and dinner.

As usual we offer a yoga and meditation class in the morning before and have a restful morning with free time, where the group will go out for lunch at a suggested place. In the late afternoon, you will visit Uros straw Islands

A nice morning class, breakfast, and check-out before the group visits the amazing ancient site of Sillustani.

A good guide will accompany you and explain. You have time to explore, meditate by the stunning, very beautiful blue lake, check out the market and of course take pictures. You may have a picnic lunch here.

After Sillustani, you come back for the closing circle and sharing, and the group can choose to go out for dinner together. It will be possible to stay an extra night at the hotel. Contact us for this
