About your trip

🍂 WHO

Lead Your Life Retreats are for women in the military community—service members, veterans, retirees, and spouses—who are constantly in go-mode and ready for a pause.

This is for the woman who is used to holding it all together… and is craving a space where she can finally exhale, soften, and be taken care of for a change.

If you’re longing to feel like yourself again—grounded, present, and deeply supported—you belong here.

✨ WHAT

I’m hosting an intimate group of women in a private mountain estate near Asheville for five days of rest, renewal, and meaningful connection.

This isn’t a packed itinerary or a “do more” retreat.

It’s a slow, cozy fall reset in the mountains—where everything is thoughtfully taken care of for you.

Our days will flow between:

  • gentle yoga + mindfulness practices

  • grounded, real-life self-leadership sessions

  • nourishing meals prepared for you

  • unstructured time to rest, explore, or simply be

Think slow mornings with coffee overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, afternoons spent unwinding in the sauna or hot tub, and evenings filled with laughter and connection around the fire.

🗓️ WHEN

October 25-30, 2026

Peak fall season in the mountains—cool, crisp air and the beginning of changing leaves 🍂

🌿 R&R (REST + RESET)

You don’t need another trip where you come home exhausted. You need a space where everything is handled—and you get to simply receive.

Sleep in.
Take a nap in the middle of the day.
Sit outside with your coffee and nowhere to be.
Spend time in the sauna, hot tub, or by the pool.
Read the book you haven’t had time to open.

There is no pressure here.

Your only job is to rest, breathe, and let yourself be taken care of.

🍽️ FOOD

Nourish your body with delicious, thoughtfully prepared meals created by my incredible private chef.

You’ll gather around the table to enjoy food that is not only beautiful and nourishing—but completely taken care of for you.

No planning.
No cooking.
No cleanup.

Just good food, good conversation, and the kind of presence that’s hard to access in everyday life.

🤍 SISTERHOOD

You might arrive not knowing anyone…

…but you’ll leave with a group of women who feel like lifelong friends.

There’s something powerful that happens when women who understand the military lifestyle come together in a space like this.

The walls come down.
The conversations go deeper.
The laughter gets louder.

You don’t have to explain yourself here.

You get to be fully seen, supported, and surrounded by women who just get it.

About your organizer

When I went on my first women’s retreat in 2021, I couldn’t believe it was the first time in my adult life I had a long weekend that was entirely for me to ENJOY. I rested, I did yoga, I journaled. I did whatever my heart desired. I laughed, cried, and healed. When I got home, I was a new wife and mother for my family, and I learned that pouring back into myself regularly is one of the greatest gifts I can give them. I knew in my heart that I was called to create an experience like this for women in the military community.
