The following penalty schedule shall apply in the event of a full group cancellation:

• 40 days or more prior to arrival: No penalty

• 39–25 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total package

• 24–18 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total package

• 17–10 days prior to arrival: 85% of the total package

• 9 days prior to arrival: 100% penalty

• No Show: 100% penalty

• All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).

• The total amount of contracted services must be paid in full prior to the group’s arrival.

• Any adventure tour or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity will require participants to sign a liability waiver form.
