Holiday Services was smooth to work with and got us to and from our destination as expected.  We had great conversations with our first driver and although we didn't have AC for part of the return trip back to Mobay, the drive was still good overall.

(RT) PRIVATE TRANSFERS FROM MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT

The wait at the airport was longer than I expected. The shuttle ride from the airport to the resort was a little bumpy. But the employees were super friendly. 

The private car upon the return trip was much better that the shuttle. Ronnie was a pro!

We booked 2 transfers (arrival and return) for our Feb 2026 holiday to Jamaica. 
We booked them separately because we were unsure of things, but the option to do this was helpful.
We arrived into MBJ airport late on (Ash) Wednesday and getting logged with the HS desk and then into our vehicle was smooth. 
Ronnie drove us to our resort and was very very good.
He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, approachable and an extremely good driver. 
Although it was dark and the road were relatively busy, he was able to avoid all the potholes whilst telling us all about the island, the people, the recent hurricane and his own family and experiences.
When our week at Hedonism II was coming to an end we had got to know another couple who were heading for the same flight as us so we contacted Holiday Services by Whatsapp to ask whether we could change our private deluxe transfer (for 2 people) to a private transfer for 4. They were very quick and responsive, explaining what extra we needed to pay to switch the product - we did this easily and we were soon on our way with Demoi. 
Again Demoi was a very helpful, friendly, unassuming and approachable guy. He knew the vehicle and the roads very well and was happy to chat and was not overbearing at all. He got us to the airport in good time in spite of the heavy traffic (arriving at MBJ at 6pm on Wed). 
We really enjoyed our time with HS and would definitely book them again.

We booked transfers from MoBay to Hedo II on 2/17/26. The bus was ready to go and made a quick start to Negril. This was great. The bus had mechanical problems that left us wondering when we might arrive in Negril. The driver did all in his power and we did make it to the resort eventually. Our return from Hedo II to MoBay was on 2/23 and the driver made a timely arrival and was driving a newer van which was comforting to body and mind. The driver's name was Michael and was a very courteous and professional. He represented your company well and we enjoyed a pleasant conversation and safe transfer. Of the 25-30 times we have made the trip, which would be 50-60 transfers, we agreed that this was the most pleasant we have had. Thank You

Wonderful people, great punctuality and very comfortable

Wonderful service! Very accommodating and professional.

The transfer to the resort was awful the vehicle was unkept and the driver talked the entire time and his driving was terrible. The company never showed for the scheduled pickup time on the paper work 10:30 for the departure transfer. When we contacted them they had it down as 12:30 even though the paper work that they gave me on arrival said 10:30 pickup. The non showing up for pickup made it a very stressful travel day. I could have overlooked the arrival transfer but not showing for the pickup lead to the 1 star review and will never contract with this company again. 

Our transfers to and from the airport in Montego Bay and the resort in Negril were comfortable and efficient. Our drivers were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Holiday Services.

(RT) SHUTTLE TRANSFERS FROM MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT

As always Holiday Services was fantastic. The service is well organized and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our driver was fantastic: we chatted for the entire hour plus trip to our resort. We will continue to use holiday services and recommend them to others. 

Excellent and friendly transfer service from the airport to my Airbnb in Negril. I will definitely book again!

(OW) SHUTTLE TRANSFERS FROM MONTEGO BAY AIRPORT

We had a wonderful experience. The young man who met us at the gate was delightful. The accommodations were nice and clean and everyone was cheerful. We had a chance to rest,  while enjoying a beverage and snack. The added value was well worth the cost. You made the transfer from the plane to Jamaica delightful. And the same holds true as we returned.

Would recommend! Really good price and very few stops on the way there, the way back we had our own car and Jermaine was really great in getting us there and pointing fun things out on the way. He was terrific! Thank you for everything!

Our driver Smith was wonderful, and took us both to the resort and back. He was polite, funny, and drove very safe.

No problem with the transfer at all. On time, drive safe and arrived as expected 

The trip back to the airport was exceptional. He showed up on time and even early. He gave us all sorts information about about local areas, and even stopped for a moment to pick up sugar cane to enjoy on our trip to the airport.

We have used their service for two round trips . The wait at the airport to depart has been an hour or more each time sitting in the bus waiting for someone else to show-up. This is just an unreasonable waste of expensive vacation time and on our next trip we will look for other options (the private cars costs are unreasonably high).

The returns from the resort have been scheduled from 4-5 hours before our flight departure which has also been unreasonable early.

We need another option that doesn't waste so much time.

We had a great trip. Everyone was so nice and made sure we were well taken care of.  The driver was awesome and the return shuttle was on time and comfortable. We will certainly use Holiday for our next trip.

After this we will continue to the Luminescent Lagoon which is inhabited by microscopic organisms that emit a phosphorescent light.
