Our safari experience was full of confusion and lack of communication. The first part- pick up and drive to the border was seamless, later on we were passed to the other company, which I knew only by spotting logo on the car side. The water cruise and a half day game drive was nice, but nobody was able to give me the details about the next day schedule. I knew only that we'd start our full day game drive at 6:00 am but was not able to get the details about the company name, pick up time or telephone number. We were accommodated in Chobe safari Lodge, were we supposed to have dinner included, but we were informed, that we have only breakfast at 9.00 - while our game drive supposed to strat at 6. Tried to contact Victoria Falls Serious Fan Travel from 4 pm, also the Lodge manager, unsuccessfully. Finally I got answeref after 10 pm and all details was confirmed just before midnight. To summarize: the safari itself was OK, but not all services were provided and luck of communication and uncertainty ruined part of our experience.

I did not go on the trip. I cancelled many months agon. I am waiting for a refund. I will update the review status once the refund has been received.

Amazing trip organised with Marvel. Great communication. The road into Hwange isn’t great but Hwange itself is wonderful. We had a lovely young guide called Simba who found us so many animals and birds. This was an absolute highlight of our 7 week trip to Africa. Fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication. Every activity we organised with them was amazing. We had a fabulous overnight at Hwange NP, the Zambezi breeze cruise was 5 star as was the Ekephabt cafe lunch. Marvel and his staff go over and beyond to assist you and we had the most wonderful time and felt safe and supported the whole time we were in Zambia and Zimbabwe
