The pick location will be at the main gate at EL Callao port in Lima, Peru.

The pickup time will vary depending on your ship's arrival at San Martin port, but it will usually be at 08:00 a.m. I suggest you send full details of your ship's arrival so we can work out the pickup time. 

On day 3, you will be dropped off at El Callao port; if you wish to be dropped off at another port, such as Manta, Ecuador, or Coquimbo, Chile, you must contact us to find a new price. Note that you may need to spend a hotel night.

If your ship arrives late, we strongly suggest contacting us three to four days in advance so we can arrange a new pick-up time. We also recommend you keep checking your emails if the pickup time changes.

If the flight from Cusco to Lima is delayed and suddenly you lose the connection to rejoin your ship at El Callao Port, DO NOT PANIC. We will cover all transfers and ensure you get on board to the next port.

Before boarding, you must present a printed or E-travel voucher and your passport or ID (for verification purposes only).

You can secure your tour to Machu Picchu with just a 20% deposit or you can just pay your whole tour in FULL.

Easy Cancelation:

Cancel at least 10 Days before your tour's start date for a full refund. If you cancel after that, a 100% NO SHOW fee will be applied, and no refund will be granted. 

Your adventure begins at 08:00 am. Board our vehicle to drive towards Lima airport. When arriving at the airport, you will check-in and board your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, you will be met by our guide, who will escort you to your private hotel in Sacred Valley. The rest of the evening is free to relax and prepare for your next day's activities. Leaving early in the morning you will be escorted to the train station to board the train to Aguas Calientes departing at 07:00am. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, you will meet your private guide and take the shuttle to climb the hill towards the marvellous citadel of Machu Picchu. Your guide will lead you through the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Dial, the royal houses, the Temple of the Three Windows and some cemeteries. In the afternoon, you will return to the train station and take the train to Ollantaytambo. On your arrival in Ollantaytambo you will be transferred in private to your hotel in Cusco. The rest of your day will be free for you to explore this great city. (B/-/-)

Leaving early in the morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Lima departing at 06:05. On your arrival in Lima (07:30) you will be transferred in a private vehicle directly to El Callao port to rejoin your ship. (B/-/-)
