About your trip

Create a meaningful, personal tool for your practice in this two-part mala-making workshop.

In the first session, you’ll mindfully string your beads and learn the traditional knotting technique, allowing space for intention, presence, and reflection with each bead.

In the second session, you’ll complete your mala by adding the guru bead and crafting the tassel—bringing your piece together as a symbol of unity and completion.

Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore the deeper meaning behind malas, including their roots in yoga philosophy and the symbolism woven into each element.

You’ll leave not only with a handcrafted mala, but with a deeper understanding of its purpose as a tool for meditation, intention, and connection.
