This Beach and Bush adventure will take you to the southern shores of Lake Malawi to a small fishing village called Chembe Village also Know as Cape Maclear. The famous for its crystal clear and mesmorizing waters. 

Cape Maclear is the premier tourism destination. It is surrounded by Mountains that protect the village from strong prevailing winds and known for its sandy beaches, its clear waters are a home to hundreds of colourful cichlid fish and many other species.

You will spend your first night in Cape Maclear at The Warm Heart Adventure Lodge.  

The Warm Heart Adventure Lodge is the only lodge owned by a Malawian woman in Cape Maclear. It has five beach front reed and brick built chalets, presenting an enticing view you can admire from your front balcony. Offering a variety of accommodation from Camping to a self catered cottage. 

After Cape Maclear you will drive down south of Malawi to Liwonde National Park for your Safari adventure. You will be staying at Kutchire Bush Lodge for two nights. 

Kutchire Bush Lodge is the only Malawian Family owned eco tourism lodge operating in Liwonde National Park. You will stay in one of the En-suite chalets on full board; allowing you the chance to have a close encounter with Malawian wildlife and its indigenous forest. 

Liwonde National park is a home to many animals and incredible  destination of translocation, which has restored predators for the first time in many years. It is a sanctuary for wildlife.

Your guide will pick you up in the morning at 10:00 am after checkout from the Warm heart Adventure Lodge. You will be driven down to Kutchire Bush Lodge in Liwonde National Park where you will spend two nights in a bush en-suite chalet on a full board rate. 

Early morning you will be guided to the dinning area for tea or coffee and a snack, before your game drive at 6:00 AM, your safari guide will drive through the park explaining in detail the history of the park and the animals you are likely to see.

Return from your Game drive you will find a hearty breakfast awaiting you and the rest of the day to enjoy the bush, lunch before your Boat safari.  

Speak to the bar tender to pack you a cooler box of drinks for a sundowner for a Boat safari. 

After Check out, you will depart Kutchire Bush Lodge for Cape Maclear.

Your guide will drive you to The Warm Heart Adventure Lodge where you'll spend two nights in an En-suite on a bed & breakfast rate. 

Cape Maclear offers a variety of activities, that you can choose from, activities such as, Community village tours, Scuba diving (casual dives for certified & courses for uncertified) Boat trips (Local boat trips with BBQ/braai lunches on the Island, Fish Eagle feeding & Snorkelling) and Catamaran sunset sailing. 

Explore the village, experience lake side culture. Cape Maclear is full of Lodges, restaurants and bars. 

You can try out different cuisines, from Local foods to western meals. Enjoy the sunset from different views or on your balcony as you sip on a beverage.  

After a lovely breakfast on your deck, enjoy the soundtrack of crashing waves and the birdlife around you. Relax on the loungers by the beach or swim in the beautiful Lake. 

At 2 PM your guide will collect you at The Warm Heart Adventure Lodge for a Village Community tour. 

You will be on this tour into the village for a few hours, allowing you an opportunity to learn about life in a fishing village. you will visit the local market, local tea room and local projects. 

You will end your tour at a local families home where they will welcome you and prepare dinner for you the Malawian way. Enjoy the delightful local cuisine prepared for you at the hands of your host while sharing a meal with the family.

After dinner and your tour is done, you will be brought back to the Lodge by your guide.  

After a ravishing breakfast overlooking the beautiful lake, before 10 AM.
