It is a total honor to invite you to Martha's Vineyard Island Flow 2022!
I spent almost 20 summers on this quaint little island growing up. I spent my days fishing, working at camps, restaurants, bait and tackle shops, and more. The island is lush, warm, and is the perfect place to spend a week in retreat, community, and practice.
This retreat experience is more than a vacation. It’s a time to wake up, get strong, sweat, sing, eat well, and connect with old and new friends!
What's on tap for this retreat:
- Daily Bhakti Flow Vinyasa (twice per day, most days)
-Meditation, mantra & breathwork
-Delicious, farm-to-table meals
-Writing prompts, connection activities & unique practices
-Plenty of spaciousness to explore the island, lounge on beaches, rent a bike or moped, and connect with yourself and others.
Accommodations at Vineyard Arts Project include beautiful rooms with private baths, communal dining and living rooms, a spacious kitchen, a huge deck and yard, and an incredible yoga studio.
Please be sure you will be able to attend before you sign up! All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Really, for real.
Full payment is due in full 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel 90 days or more prior to the retreat start date, you will be issued a refund, less your deposit. I always suggest folks purchase travel insurance which can help if you need to cancel for covered circumstances -- so be sure to read the fine print of whatever insurance you're looking at purchasing.
Due to financial obligations to the retreat center, we cannot offer any refunds, transfers, or credits for cancellations for any reason within 90 days of the retreat start date. Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy.
Because this experience is communal and includes indoor activities, we are requiring all guests to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by the time the retreat begins.
If you have any questions or concerns about this, please reach out directly.
Martha's Vineyard is a 26 mile-long island just off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
The simplest way to get to our retreat center is to fly to the island, usually with a connecting flight through Boston or New York, then get a cab/Uber/rental car to our retreat location in Edgartown, MA, just 15-30 minutes from the airport.
A rental car is a great option on the island, as you'll have plenty of free time to venture off-property to explore, enjoy the beach, see other towns, fishing villages and really take in the sweetness that is Martha's Vineyard.
