About your trip

WHO

Lead Your Life Retreats are open to women service members, veterans, retirees, and military spouses who are ready to rest deeply, reconnect with themselves beyond the uniform, and rise into grounded, heart-centered leadership.

WHAT

I’m hosting an intimate group of women at the breathtaking Milk & Honey Ranch in Texas for six days of rest, renewal, and real connection.
Our days will flow between yoga and mindfulness practices, powerful self-leadership workshops, nourishing meals, and plenty of free time to soak up the beauty of ranch life. Think long exhale mornings, sunset reflection circles, laughter-filled dinners, and the space to finally slow down.

WHEN

March 29 – April 3, 2026

R&R

You deserve to rest. Walk in nature. Cuddle incredibly cute animals. Curl up with that book that's been on your nightstand for 6 months. Walk the Texas trails. Fade off into a luxurious afternoon nap. Your only job is to disconnect from your busy life and REST for a week.

“I walked away from the retreat week feeling more like myself than I had since giving birth with an actionable plan for myself how to stay that way.” -Kasey

“The experience Christina created has deeply touched me in ways beyond what I could have ever imagined or hoped for… I feel supported, renewed, and seen.” - Marissa

FOOD

Nourish your body with delicious food that’s prepared for you all week by my incredible chef Tiffany. You’ll gather round the table three times a day to savor wholesome and tasty meals in good company. (And you didn’t have to lift a finger *wink*)

"One of the best investments in myself that I have ever made. Thank you for taking care of everything!"

“Tiffany's meals nourished my body, lifted my spirit, and made me do a happy dance with every bite.” - Marissa

SISTERHOOD

You might arrive not knowing anyone, but you’ll leave with an amazing group of new sisters. Connect and bond with women who “get” the military life. Hang by the fire, talk all night, and laugh until you snort.

“Believe it, when someone signs up for a retreat like this, you are going to get along with them because they are looking for the same thing you are…connection, rest, healing.” -Lisha

"I am walking away with a connection to each of the beautiful women I met this week. We each come from different areas, with different experiences and journeys, and yet our combined strengths and vulnerabilities make up a fragrant and beautiful reminder of our humanity and collective experience.” - Heather

About your organizer

When I went on my first women’s retreat in 2021, I couldn’t believe it was the first time in my adult life I had a long weekend that was entirely for me to ENJOY. I rested, I did yoga, I journaled. I did whatever my heart desired. I laughed, cried, and healed. When I got home, I was a new wife and mother for my family, and I learned that pouring back into myself regularly is one of the greatest gifts I can give them. I knew in my heart that I was called to create an experience like this for women in the military community.
